“It looked good”

“I checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king room—the room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. “Nice stay very clean great location. Staff very accommodating. Would stay here again”

“The staff were very friendly, but the furniture in the room was dusty, the soundproofing was poor, and the indoor thermostat was very noisy.”

“My tv never worked the whole time, the toliet paper when I arrived was less than 1/4 roll, The shower itself took over 10 minutes just to be at a heat you can shower in(still cold) the hotel and the amenities are just outdated. The room itself is outdated along with the beds and furniture. The location is great, but the hotel itself and amenities need some care.”

“The only issue was that the elevators weren't running properly. Took a long time to get up and down.”

“깔끔하고 교통 좋고 주차 편리합니다. 다음에도 이용하고 싶네요”

“Excellent location”

“rooms very clean”

“This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip.”

“It was the most terrible hotel in my life. It was a place for homeless family. Very small room. Poor bed. No dishes and utensils. No towels. Smells. Dirty. No room service. Severe noise from Highway 95. Rough people. It was hell to us.”
