"At my request, the desk clerk gave me the quietest room available: one with no one above it or beside it. Before giving me the keycard, he asked if I would use the refrigerator. When I said I would, he told me that the refrigerator in that room had been removed for repairs, so he would bring a replacement. He soon did, cheerfully."

"The front desk gave a new customer our room key in the middle of the night and they came and unlocked our door. We had or children that we’re upset and scared the rest of the night not able to sleep. And I was told the manger would contact me and it’s been 4 days still no contact from a manager! "

"I thought this hotel was excellent! Check in was quick & the gentleman at the desk was nice, personable, & even made some jokes. The room was fabulous! We had a suite, so very spacious! King bed, sofa sleeper, elongated sofa chair, jacuzzi tub, the works! It was amazing! Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast, but was hot & fresh, with many choice to start the day. "
