"A lovely hotel with friendly staff, great food and a comfortable lounge area. Some of the areas are a little tired and could do with updating but the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were there in transit as part of a longer journey. It was well located and exactly what we needed."

"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "The major advantages of the hotel are its proximity to the old city and a spacious free parking. Rooms are quite big, bathrooms are gorgeous (it is not a joke). Everything is pretty clean. However, a hint of some obsolescence is still present."
