추천할만한 아파트..주인 la la 친절함 하지만 check in 할때 주인과의 사전연락 필수. 도착했을때 저녁이었는데 주인과 연락이 잘 안되서 길거리에서 잘뻔함

I would absolutely stay at this property again my primary complaint with that my room did not have a coffee maker espresso maker anyway for me to make my own coffee so we only had access to coffee at the breakfast downstairs when I requested an espresso machine they said my room did not qualify because I was on the third floor room 345 not expensive rooms I can’t understand why simple request for a coffee machine was refused. Also $35 for an app. Spritz is crazy so I was not ever enjoying my favorite cocktail at this lovely resort. Coffee and an apple roll are pretty much a daily enjoyment when I’m on vacation so these two things really do matter to me and will cause me to look at other locations, but I did really enjoy this facility other than these two conditions

This is a great option when visiting Venice. You get the beach, a very nice hotel, great room(Presidential suite), free transportation to/from St Mark's square, nice staff, local town is great.

The grounds were impeccable! Every location of the hotel was service oriented. The breakfast was fresh and constantly replenished. Our room was spacious and well appointed!

Fabulous location excellent public spaces delicious breakfast but all the rooms old fashioned and bathrooms urgently require refit. . Bathrooms with showers have dangerously slippery shower floor surface with no side bars. This hotel could be paradise with much thought and a modest maintenance budge. Good luck!!!

Old school charm with high prices.
The old school style is nice and the staff is supernice. Sustainable this place is not, no recycling. Also the private boat taxi price is a rip off and there is no shuttle to the airport. I asked for upgrade, as a gold member I did not get it even if the hotel was half empty. Room service fee 15€, room service coke 12€. Rip off.

Great service by staff. Especially the Concierge. The boat shuttles to San Marco and back are complimentary and run ever 30 minutes from 8:05 a.m. to 11:35 a.m.

Marvelous experience, great rooms and beach. Excellent service to Piazzo San marco. Somewhat limited breakfast buffet but all good quality food. Looking forward to coming back. A room upgrade would be great !

Overall everything ok. Just 2 issues which I would expect from a 5* Hotel is to receive Drink-Glasses each day as well as coffee tabs for the machine. Both not received!

The staff near the pool was not that friendly and that is was forbidden to us the pool before 9 am. I think it should be open even without staff from 7 am

Nydelig, men ydemykende behandling etter utsjekk!
Vi elsket oppholdet på dette nydelige hotellet. Alt er pent, alle er vennlige og det var god service. Om det ikke hadde vært for en opplevelse- som dessverre ble vår siste på hoteller hadde vi ikke hatt annet enn anbefalinger å gi. Dessverre, da vi sjekket ut var det 5 timer til vi skulle reise mot flyplassen. Vi spurte derfor om det var en plass vi kunne stelle og vaske oss dersom vi benyttet oss av bassenget frem til avreise, vi fikk som svar at alle hotellets fasiliteter var der for oss til og med avreise. Når vi så skal ordne oss før vi reiser får vi beskjed om at hotellet ikke kan tilby oss en plass for dusj og skift. Det eneste de har er en felles utedusj ved bassenget uten privatliv, såpe og garderobe. Vi blir frustrerte da vi faktisk bor på et 5-stjernes hotell og vi har fått denne ser igjen før på langt dårligere hoteller. Det ender med at vi får noen håndklær og såpe i hånden og må dra med oss koffert og toalettsaker i den offentlige dusjen ute - i 30 varmegrader og stelle oss der. Det var rett og slett ydemykende. Tidligere i vårt opphold var alle i resepsjonen så vennlige og hjelpsomme men da vi sto her fortvilet og nærmest på gråten var det ingen som ville se på oss plutselig. Vi fikk feil informasjon i utgangspunktet og vi fikk ingen oppreisning i etterkant. Jeg synes de burde kommet bort til oss og virkelig beklaget på nytt hvordan vår siste time på hotellet ble. Alt i alt var hoteller nydelig og alle de ansatte var helt strålende-frem til utskjekk!

Vackert hotell, servicen borde bättra
Snyggt hotell med vackert pool område och fina terasser. Lång strand framför, men från pool området slipper man inte rakt ner till stranden. Gratis båtskjuts in till san marco var bra. Standard rummet föråldrat. Servicen i bar och restaurang mycket omväxlande.

Globalement décevant
Séjour globalement décevant étant donné le standing supposé de cet hôtel 5 étoiles L (comme Luxe !). Les parties communes de l’hôtel sont spacieuses mais complètement surannées et désuètes et piscine plus familiale que paisible (pour les personnes comme nous voyageants en couple). Séjour de 4 nuits avec 3 changements de chambre : Première chambre sur rue (314), spacieuse mais le vitrage n’est pas adapté dès lors dès 7h du matin (bien que j’ai le sommeil lourd et profond) vous êtes réveillés par le son des bus, camions, voitures, motos qui passent sous les fenêtres de la chambre… Lendemain, refaire nos valises, changer de chambre, sur cour cette fois mais chambre moins spacieuse. Rentrer de dîner vers 23h, porte de chambre impossible à ouvrir bien que la carte magnétique fonctionne. Intervention d’un technicien de l’hôtel pendant plus d’1 heure (!). Aller / retour à la réception qui finis par nous attribuer une nouvelle chambre dans lequel patienter plutôt que d’être assis sur la moquette dans le couloir. Chambre « rénovée » (348), toujours vue sur Cour, mais encore moins spacieuse que les 2 précédentes chambre. A minuit, une fois la porte de notre chambre ouverte, nous n’avions pas l’énergie de refaire à nouveaux nos valises, d’autant plus pour une chambre plus petite et sans même une meilleure vue… Ce qui dénote de la piètre qualité de service de cet hôtel qui vis sur ses acquis, son histoire et son emplacement…

This is a beautiful property and you will be comfortable during your stay. However, if you are hoping for a 'taste of Italy' you won't get it. It feels like a cookie-cutter resort that could be anywhere in the world. If you are already familiar with the Venice area and are looking for a beach getaway, it is perfect. However, it is removed from Venice and there isn't much to do nearby. There is a complimentary water taxi service to San Marco which is convenient, but you are not allowed to take luggage on the water taxi.
