산마르코와 그나마 가까운 접근성
엘리베이터 없는 계단 올라가서 옥탑방 배정받았습니다. 출장이라 가방이 기내용 하나였으니 그나마 다행이었지 큰 가방이면 좀 많이 힘들었을 것 같습니다 베니스 비엔날레 시즌으로 방이 여의치 않아 가격대비 선택했지만 그저 그랬습니다

신기한 체험
산 마르코 광장 등등 주변에 관광지가 많아서 좋았어요. 배를 타고 쉽게 리알토 다리로 이동해서 쇼핑할 수 있었어요. 오래 전에 지어진 건물이라 엘리베이터가 없어요. 그런데 501호를 배정해주셔서 캐리어를 끌고 올라가기 힘들었어요. 28인치 캐리어를 가지고 다니시는 분은 이 호텔이 적합하지 않을 수 있어요. 하지만 바깥을 바라보는 경치는 좋았어요. 새벽 0시에 근처에서 바실리카에서 울리는 종소리에 잠이 깼어요. 굉장히 고풍스럽고 아늑한 느낌을 받았어요. 하지만 목재 가구가 오래되어서 그런지 목재 가구에서 삐져나온 가시에 손가락이 박혔어요. 아침식사는 만족스러웠어요.

The hotel has character as I expected at an old building in Venice, but rooms are quite small so with the luggage you feel cramped. Check out time was at 11 which is standard but our train would not leave until 2:30. We wanted to check out early, leave the luggage at front desk and pick it out later but they would not do it…

Nous avons passé deux jours dans l’hôtel lux nous avons dormi dans l’annexe la chambre était bien propre par contre le petit déjeuner nul pas de choix juste du pain croissant congelé salle trop petite nous étions venus déjeuner à 8 h et plus de place obligé d’attendre debout qu’une table se libère . Très très déçu pour moi le petit déjeuner est important.

Definitely no lux at the Lux. Dark, dirty, dingy. Uncomfortable bed. Cracked floor and wall tiles in the bathroom, the only thing going for this place is it’s location.

Not at main hotel but satellite hotel. Roaches and other insects. Unkept and dirty old buildings. Mold around the windows and bathroom. Will never use Expedia again.

I like this hotel. The staff are friendly, and there is a good selection of food for breakfast. Can’t complain. The hotel is down a narrow street - like many hotels in Venice, so I was a bit wary at first but after I settled in I felt safe. I would stay again - very convenient walking distance for Arsenale / Giardini if you are attending the Biennale.

The location was excellent. The hotel was located within 5 minutes of St Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace. It was also just 5 minutes from a water bus terminal. The only food and drink available were at breakfast, and this was limited to croissant, bread rolls, yoghurt, coffee and tea. No room service and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Disappointing.

Very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Convenient and close to St Mark’s Square, restaurants,, transportation, sightseeing connections, pastry shop next door. But quiet and comfortable.

Hôtel près des embarcadères et du centre. Mais pour le reste : FUYEZ. Hôtel vétuste, sent mauvais, escalier dangereux pour accéder aux chambres, petit déjeuner (croissant congelé réchauffē, pain rassis, grille pain inexistant) malgré un prix élevé. Le LUX , il n'y a que le nom!

The rooms are in a sad state. The heating did not work well. The TV did not work properly, only very few Italian channels. The staff are friendly and do their best, but the hotel itself does not deserve that name. The location near St. Mark´s Square is the only highlight. The rooms are narrow, but the bathroom amenities function. Not recommendabble for a plesant stay.

Checked in at 10pm, or attempted to. Nobody in the house. Had to call the main line and they didn't know which hotel I was calling for attention. Either way they said someone was coming. It took another ten minutes and then there was an issue with our passports. In the last ten cities in Mid Central and Eastern Europe we have not had this much trouble with any hotel. Good value for a pain in the ass.

Only thing to complain about was I had to walk to another building where we were actually staying. The hotel is separate from the building where you check in. Not wheelchair accessible. Other than that, I loved it.

The hotel was well placed and easy to get to. They kept the luggage for free, which is good for Venice, where you pay for everything! We loved the city, although it is very touristy! The city is better at night, when most day trippers go away.

In reference to your review we must declare that guest did not show any rash or an official report provided from a hospital, by a dermatologist or doctor as a proof of what he is supposing. Property checked every single corner (not even far from a quick way in doing it) inside guest's former room and explored even the inside parts of the sockets and disassembled and rebuilt the bed with no presence of any insect reported and insect signs to report.

It is okay.
Good thing is the location of hotel. It is located at a convenient place, many different types of restaurants and shops, easy to access by boats, near to famous scenes. The shower cubicle is far too small, even for a mid-size Asian man, like me. There were only two useable electrical sockets at weird place, next to the door and behind the bedside pedestal, light in the room is weak.

Room is very small, the window is high, not easily accessible and has no mosquito screen, which is mandatory. The bathroom is too small, the bath/shower is not even adult-sized, so small it is impossible to use shower curtain! Otherwise, location is good, service is excellent

It has a perfect location next to the taxi boat stop. The service was very cordial and excellent. One of the best hotels I have had the opportunity to stay in Italy.

Già trovare in periodo di Festival del Cinema una camera in zona strategica come S.Zaccaria a prezzi abbordabili è stata una fortuna; che poi la stanza sia stata anche bella larga,con bel bagno,silenziosa e con a/c è stata una bella sorpresa.Unica controindicazione(eventuale) le scale da fare per arrivare alla reception ed alle stanze.

A magical spot, conveniently located, friendly staff, very charming place in every way, just an alert there is no elevator, but a superb placed hotel with many dining options in a small radius area.

Horrible... L'accueil laisse à désirer.... On a du se déplacer une rue plus loin pour aller dormir.... Chambre affreuse... Drap humide et clim avec un bruit assourdissant..... Super pour dormir ! Et pour couronner le tout... On revient à l hôtel le matin pour un semblant de petit déjeuner 1 café et un croissant bon marché.... Une catastrophe..... Je ne recommande pas cet endroit !!!!!!

In the first day...the man from reception don't welcome us like how it need.He is not greetings. I must pay the 14€ the city tax...I am not agree with that. To the breakfast was not place enough for all...we need come later to take the breakfast.
