방이 청결하고 화장실 관리 상태가 매우 좋았습니다. 침대도 편안하였고 조식도 맛있습니다. 체크이웃시간이 조금 늦긴한데 꼭 맞춰줘야 합니다.

전체적으로는 매우 만족
싱글룸은 작고 침대도 작아서 자는데 조금 힘들었어요 그런데 호텔은 4성급 답게 시설이나 그런건 다 좋았습니다!

침대는 간이침대... 침구는 요즘 보도듣도 못한 노란 모포... 몸은 가렵고 ... 아이들 밤마다 지르텍 먹이고 재웠어요.

Never stay again!
우선 바포버스역에서 매우 가까운 것으로 설명이 되어 있고 대운하 쪽으로 테라스가 있다는 설명을 보고 예약을 하였으나 바포버스에서 호텔까지 가려면 작은 다리 세 개를 건너야 하고 (여름 땡볕에 무거운 짐을 들고 다리 세 개를 건너야 갈 수 있음) 테라스라고 하는 것은 작은 원형 테이블 4개 놓을 수 있는 정말 무지하게 작은 테라스였다. 앉아 있기도 뭐한... 방은 내가 여태껏 가본 전 세계 몇 백개 호텔 중 가장 작아 짐 두개를 가지고 들어갈 수가 없을 정도여서 한 짐을 침대 위에서 풀고 세워 놓은 뒤 두번째 짐을 가져다 풀어야 하는 상황이었다 (Ibis 보다 훨씬 더 작다고 하면 이해 하시기 쉽지 않을까..) 에어컨 또한 26도 이하로 내려가지 않고 에어컨 방향 또한 옷장에 가려 창문에 붙어 있지 않으면 거의 느낄 수가 없는 상태였다. 당연히 다른 보통의 베니스 호텔과 같이 엘리베이터가 없었지만 그나마 짐을 올려다 주셔서 다행.. 절대 다시는 묵고 싶지 않은 호텔이고 절대 추천하지 않는다. 특히 여름에는 절대로...

너무 좋았던 호텔
호텔 건물이 지어진지 500년 가까이 되었다고 하는데, 리모델링과 관리가 굉장히 잘 되어있어서,깨끗하고 편안합니다. 침구도 폭신하고 좋았고,다른 가구들도 굉장히 고풍스럽고 멋있습니다. 그리고 바로 강변(?)에 맞닿아있어서,1층 테라스에 앉아서, 베네치아풍경을 바라보기에 참 좋아요. 조식 종류도 다양하고 맛있구요. 직원분들도 참 친절하십니다. 역사가 가득 깃든 호텔로 자체가 베네치아스럽습니다. 바포레토 역하고도 멀지 않고 좋아요.

1인실 사용했는데 정말 아늑하고 좋았어요.
정말 최고. 모든 것이 완벽했어요 훌륭한 조식과 아늑한 방까지. 1인실 이용했는데 정말 편안히 있다 왔습니다. 아쉬운 것은 위치이기는 하지만 베네치아는 워낙 길이 어려운 곳이니까 패스.

찾아가는 길이 조금어렵지만 운하바로옆이라 전망도 좋고 객실도 매우 깨끗한 편입니다 . 리셉션에 있는 스태프들도 친절하고 ! 무엇보다 아침식사가 정말 만족스러웠어요!! 다시 베네치아에 간다면 다시방문하고 싶습니다!

Lovely location. Fantastic staff. Great place to stay and close to main attractions. This is our 4th stay at Hotel San Cassiano Ca'Favretto.

Such a lovely place to stay, great staff, friendly and helpful. A challenge to find walking through Venice’s alleyway but ultimately worth it. A wonderful place to stay.

The staff were incredible , the beds comfortable and the view was fantastic. It’s just the rooms were a little old and dingy the one thing that really stood out was the slippers they give you to shower were brown they looked so sold and dirty so it just gave a bad vibe . But it wouldn’t stop me from staying there . The location is quite a hike from the train station you will need a water taxi direct if you have a lot of luggage .

This hotel the perfect combination of class, charm, with several idiosyncrasies that go with a 700 year old building refitted for modern era. It's not perfect, it can't be, and that's part of the charm. The staff was excellent and the location is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the main attractions. We would stay again.

This hotel was rated as a 4-Star but it definitely was not. There were renovation projects going on and the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Renovation work is acceptable as long as I can't hear it in my room. Not being able to eat lunch and dinner there was definitely NOT acceptable. With all of the beautiful furnishings and being on the canal, this hotel could be a 5-Star hotel with renovations. The Murano glass art and lighting was fabulous. Location was good, lots of good dining options in the immediate vicinity, walk to all the main tourist destinations, staff where great but best of all is the location on the grand canal, recommend the canal view room.

The property has 2rooms at ground level next to front desk and i was checked in one. While the room was nice and spacious, there should not be any rooms at ground level. Otherwise everything was great.

I loved this hotel on the Grand Canal.
This was an excellent hotel. It is right on the Grand Canal and in a great location that is easy to get to all the wonderful sites in Venice. The hotel staff was really great and very helpful. The room had a lot of old character and was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and an enjoyable stay.

Positive: Room was nice and big to accommodate all 5 of us including baby. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local areas and amenities. Negative: Room was on the 3rd floor with no lift access. Since the stairs are steep, it’s really tiring to climb towards the end of the day. There are no supermarkets or convenience store located nearby. (Closest one is about 20 min by walking)

Great location, good breakfast, amazing views
The hotel is a perfect location, only a few minutes from the Rialto bridge. Our room was big enough for a family of 4, and a good sized bathroom too. Drinks from the bar on the terrace on the Grand Canal was great (and very reasonably priced too!) good breakfast. Fab!

Venice Stay
The hotel has a dock for water taxi which makes it very easy to get there. Location was good and lots of things near the hotel. The room was quite large and comfortable although the bathroom was quite small and very uncomfortable. This is a good choice of hotels.

Beautiful location on the Grand Canal. Wonderful service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced too. Clean and comfortable.

This was the best place to stay in Venice. It is on the water. You can take a water taxi there. It takes ten minutes. We walked from train station. It took 20 minutes. We like to walk and see things. The hotel is quaint. Air conditioned. Breakfast is 6 euros and well worth it. It has a terrace you can sit in and eat. They have another terrace opened all day and you can have drinks on it or bring your own. The staff was very helpful for anything g we needed. Our favourite place to stay.
