고객서비스 최악 Worst customer service!
I came to this 4-star hotel in Venice with high expectations for a family trip, but the customer service was terribly disappointing. I'm not sure if it was racial discrimination, but the first impression at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. It seemed like several people were working, but because of one individual, my impression of this hotel is memorably unfavorable. Apart from the location and transportation, there doesn't seem to be anything good about it. It could have been a perfect trip if not for the hotel; it's quite regrettable. 가족 여행으로 베니스에 대한 큰 기대로 4성 호텔이라 해서 오게 되었는데 고객 서비스는 너무 별로였습니다. 인종 차별인지 모르겠지만 프론트 데스크에서의 첫 인상은 너무 불친절 했습니다. 여러명이 근무를 하시는거 같지만 그분들중 한분땜에 이 호텔에 대한 인상은 기억에 남을 정도로 좋지 않습니다. 위치와 교통 이외에는 좋은게 하나도 없어 보이네요. 정말 호텔만 아니였으면 완벽한 여행이 될수 있었는데 많이 아쉬움이 남는 여행이네요.

Nice hotel to stay and walk around in core Venice
We stayed this hotel for easy access to Plaza. Very easy to access to Plaza. Old equippment but clear and nicely managed. Internet access is satisfactory. In comparision with other italian hotel, access speed was fast and stable. Morning buffet is good as an italian style food.

베니스안에 있어서 다니기 편하다는 장점이외에는 다른 점은 없음. 워터택시로 오면 80-90유로 필요함.

호텔은 괜찮으나 위치가 별로 좋지않음
역과 멀어서 캐리어를 들고 찾아가기 어렵습니다. 호텔 자체는 괜찮습니다. 호텔에서 무라노 섬으로 가는 편도 수상 택시를 제공합니다만, 그것을 타고 간다면 호텔과 연계된 유리공예 공장에서 구경하고 구입하기를 은연중에 강요당하는게 별로였습니다. 차라리 수상버스를 타고 무라노 섬을 구경하는게 좋을 것 같습니다.

최악의 베네치아
위치만 좋았던 호텔입니다. 새번째 베네치아~ 좀더 좋은 호텔을 찾아 별내개에 가격도 비싸고 평도 좋아서 예약을 했지만 시설도 낡고 작은 규모에 침구는 몇년은 쓴듯한 ~ 심지어 수건도 얇 고 낡아서 도져히 별내개 호텔은 그마두고 도미토리 수준입니다. 세명이 트리플룸으로 예약을 했지만 작은방애 더블침대 한개에 소파한개가 전부~ 방은 춥고 침대를 달라고 했다니 연세드신 이태리 룸서비스가 와서 간이침대 가져와서는 화를내고~~ 도저히 간이침대가 작아서 그냥 소파에서 잤어요

Everything is perfect. The location, staff, breakfast is all just superb. The pillows are a little hard after our taste, but it's just that one thing 😉

Fantastic location, friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable staff. Great service. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return! Generally quiet area, away from busy main streets but close to main attractions. A bit of construction going on nearby, which interfered. But unrelated to this property and out of their control given close proximity of work and dense area spacing.

Great location, charming feel
The hotel is in an excellent location, ease from S.Marco water taxi port and central for exploring Venice. The hotel itself is charming and feels very authentic. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and with all basic requirements needed. There was a continental breakfast which was also nice, and the coffee is great (lots of time breakfast coffee isn’t! ) overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city

Edificio clásico y antiguo, muy bien conservado. Limpieza excelente. Desayuno basico incluido, basico pero bien. El único detalle de mis dos habitaciones rentadas, fue que el colchón matrimonial realmente ya amerita cambio.

Hôtel très bien situé, entre 2 arrêts de.vaporetto, près de la Fenice et des zones touristiques. Excellent accueil, personnel tres agréable. Chambres et salles de bain très propres. Bonne literie. Ascenseur et quai pour bateau taxi. Léger bémol : jus de fruits au petit dejeuner à améliorer et du miel en plus des confitures serait un plus. Adresse à retenir.

Hôtel central chambre spacieuse pdj À revoir
Le charme désuet de l’hôtel, les chambres sont grandes et au calme . Le mini bar est grand . Les wc ne sont pas séparés. Le petit déjeuner en formule buffet est trop simple et pas varié pendant nos 5 jours de vacances . La salle est trop petite les rideaux trop fermés ce qui donne un côté peu moderne. Le personnel est agréable et la situation très centrale de l’hôtel en font un atout important.

This was my second time staying in this hotel. The room was spacious and yhe location is great. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions. The breakfast was included. I just wish they had a little more variety. It was mostly carbs. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Formerly a 16th century palace, it has a beautiful reception area and sitting rooms, handsome wood counters and paneled walls, and typical Venetian marble floors. My room was very spacious (for European standards) and comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and spacious, but it had two issues: it lacked a shower security bar and a shower caddy. Breakfast was mostly continental and just OK. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent.

It was a horrible hotel, manager and staff sworn to us when we ask for information of tv, won’t phone for us to our transfer operator, because we don’t speak Italian. The worst part was one day before checking out, we were accused of breaking a piece of glass which we haven’t done, during the confrontation, the manager sworn again, we called the police . The worst experience ever

Llegar al hotel es un poco complicado está en callejones secundarios y sin nombres en las paredes, el hotel aparece como de 4 estrellas y con un bar, pero a pesar de que hacía frío 7-18ºC no funcionaba la calefacción, llovía mucho y no tiene restaurant ni bar ni nada donde cenar o tomar una copa para calentarse, todo el hotel estaba helado, la regadera tenía moho y no barrieron el cuarto nunca ya que una mosca estuvo muerta en el piso durante toda nuestra estancia

Overall our stay was good. Breakfast needs to add more variety… better food.. bathtub floor is a little bit slippery, can’t get used to the half door for shower, ended up flooding the bathroom floor

Hôtel qui mérite de se faire connaître
Excellent accueil, où le personnel fait un maximum d'effort pour vous comprendre dans votre langue. Propreté impeccable et l'hôtel est vraiment entretenu pour rester dans la tradition vénitienne. Nous avons l impression de remonter le temps. Il est idéalement situé, à savoir, il est à la fois au calme dans un ruelle non passante et à la fois très proche de tous les monuments historiques, des activités. Seul bémol, le petit-déjeuner gratuit qui est de qualité médiocre et peu diversifier. Merci au Lette Hôtel

The location of the Kette is wonderful. The rooms are a little “tired” and need to be refurbished. Towels are also a little thin. Bathroom toiletries included 2 shower caps but no body lotion!
