This was a convenient location to get to Venice, because it was near the train station. There was a good restaurant within walking distance. The mattresses were good. The staff was helpful and responded promptly to questions through messaging. Overall, the place was dirty. The hallways smelled, there are trash cans in the hall. The pillows were thin and firm and not comfortable. They claimed the air conditioning was working, but the room was still warmer than it should have been. Ice cube trays would have been a nice touch.

The property is otherwise ok but it is not properly cleaned. The bed sheet and towels are ok but the appointment itself needs more cleaning. There is a supermarket very close to the location (2 minutes walking). To go to Venice it is better to go by car to the nearby train station which is about 3-4 km far from the property and has free parking, take train to Venice and back (check from reception for map and guide) We stayed one night here which was OKish.

Disappointed for many reasons. Firstly, this property looks nothing like the photos shown. It was NOT clean. The washer had mold in the laundry detergent caddy so we could not use it. All of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. There were lots of ants in the room as well as mosquitos and spiders. There was a hole in the wall, approximately 3 inches wide and when we told the lady about it, she simply stuck a napkin over it. The water heater does not work, everyone had to take cold showers for the duration of our stay. My family and I only stayed two nights.

Front desk was very nice and super helpful. She helped us get to Venice the quickest and most cost effective way. Room was smaller than pictures let on but it was okay for what we needed. Grocery store was very close and the gelato was delicious (and walkable to get to)

Tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Das einzige was noch wichtig wäre ist, dass die Küche nur das nötigste hat. Spülmittel, Schwämme, Tücher, usw sollte man mitbringen.

Very clean and very friendly, helpful people when we checked-in. It was a little off the beaten track and we had some difficulty finding the place. We had a "loft" room and it was VERY roomy, had a balcony with big doors opening to the outside. Nice decent sized kitchen with large refrigerator & freezer. Decent sized bathroom with good shower. It was very pleasant. We only stayed overnight before catching a flight out. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Marco Polo Airport.

Very nice ppl and very helpful. Location was close to the train it’s a 11 min walk and you could also walk to the super market which is across the street so it’s very convenient

We had lovely time staying at this apartment it was clean and beautiful had everything we needed and most important close to supermarket and restaurant and train station not far from apartment I definitely recommend this apartment 😊

We were only in the room for a short time (we spent a lot of time in Venice). The staff was very helpful about how to get around and what to see.

This residence was a real find! The people (especially Angela) were so helpful and kind. The service was excellent and highly organised. We self catered in our apartment for breakfast and some lunches. There were peking spaces for hire cars and a shop a restaurant within a 5minute walk (maybe less). Angela told us everywhere to visit in Venice and the best restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Our room came with a kitchen for us to cook and the host told us where we could get supplies to cook. They have dishes and a refrigerator with the rooms. It was an amazing experience!

Apartment is really spacious and has everything you need. 10 min walk to the station then around 30 mins to Venice Santa Lucia, excellent value for money when compared with the cost to stay in Venice. There’s a supermarket and a couple of restaurants/cafes nearby.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnid
Zunächst muss ich bemerken, dass wir bei der Ankunft nach Venice Aparthotel gesucht haben. Das ganze heißt aber Residence Venuce! Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment. Vielen Dank nochmal an Angela für die tollen Tips rund um Venedig! Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man braucht. Lediglich der TV ging bei uns überhaupt nicht und die in die Jahre gekommene Waschmaschine hielt die Tür nicht mehr zu. Wir haben es Angela mitgeteilt und sie wollte sich gleich darum kümmern. Vor dem Apartment gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Nach Venedig kommt man am besten per Zug. Der Bahnhof ist in ca 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und man ist schnell für 3,45€ p.P. in Venedig. Wir kommen gern wieder!
