“The only thing I can say positive is the breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. The comforter was a seventies style bedspread. The pillows substandard. When requesting more pillows I was told no and given blankets. The hot and cold water were backwards. There was no elevator. My room stated it was a first floor king it was on the second floor, again no elevator. The pool was under construction. My stay in the Quality Inn in Rio Rancho, NM was less than satisfying.”

“I loved our stay. One of the beds sagged on the side.”

“It’s a nice motel with Route 66 ambiance. Liked the bar with the live music. Close to the center and beautiful botanical gardens. Thumbs up.”

“Clean and comfortable.”

“This property is by far the best, from check-in to check-out. Prices are great. Amenities included with the price are excellent.”

On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“숙소 룸이 깨끗하고 넓어 가족여행에 좋았습니다. 샤워실도 넓고 청결했어요. 조식도 훌륭했고 과일도 특별했어요. ”

“This is a quaint hotel located in walking distance form historic downtown Albuquerque. The rooms have been updated, are clean and comfortable. There is a small pool in the courtyard, a tap room next to the hotel lobby, and several small restaurants to eat at on the property. It was perfect for a road trip along Route 66 for a few nights. Not all rooms have a refridgerator (FYI).”

“Just really run down and very noisy”

“It was good overall for the price!”

“We stayed for a weekend and we liked it a lot the bed was comfortable the staff was really nice and we had a good time at the pool 😊”
