“Very clean and well kept up. Rooms looked fresh. Staff was very helpful. Pleasing colors. Lots of choices for breakfast. The pool area was very clean.”

“This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and will likely be my last. It is definitely an economy hotel as the amenities in the room are on the basic side. It is a newer hotel, but the bedding and towels which are all white, are not very white anymore. This time when I showed up there was water sprinkled around on the toilet seat and it appeared some debris in the bottom of the toilet. When I tried to flush it, it was clear someone must have tried to plunge it, and it still would not go...

“No one at front desk so had to make a call to the front desk from the front desk. Lobby doors creaked when opening and the floors were dirty. We booked this hotel because we saw they had a hot tub after our long drive. But seeing the windows between the lobby and y pool area, we decided not to use it. No coffee cups for the coffee and maker that were offered. No hand or face towels. We've booked many times with Quality hotels on our 10 day trip but this one makes us rethink. Didn't use...
