"the hotel required pay ahead even though there was an option to pay at property and the woman explaining to me i needed to pay before coming was rude. our room smelled like cigarette smoke when you first walked in. the hold of $150 is a lot too."

"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."
