Good basic hotel and would stay here again. Towels could be more fresh but ok. Nice breakfast offering with fresh strawberries, blueberries and yoghurt machine. The breakfast attendant was on the ball keeping items topped off during the busy period.

Grew up in New Britain in the 80s. It was a hard-working town. New Britain today is a cesspool of garbage. Each car driving by tries out blast their music. The conditions of most of the properties in New Britain is despicable. Streets are littered

I was born in New Britain, we went down to bury my Mother who was 97 and had just died. Did not sleep well, bed uncomfortable, and just pain disappointed with the whole place in general.
