"Great breakfast, service was great and the room was clean with great amenities. The only issue was the TV. Couldn't log into the app because of wifi connection issues and the tv screen had color tone issues. The screen looked like the tv was hit with or dropped"

"I decided to stay here because I thought it was quaint and nice and while both of those are true there were certain things that I'm used to from standard hotels that just were not present. When I walked into the room it was cold and I turned on the heat but even though it did warm up after a period of time it ended up getting pretty cold during the night. There was no reliable internet and I had to use my phone and the water in the shower was lukewarm at best even at max heat. I selected the suite so the room itself was sizable but the TV was Tiny and the size of the room made the TV basically unwatchable. All in all not too impressed"

"Clean room, carpeted hallways vacuumed often by staff. Friendly and helpful housekeeping and front desk workers. The property itself, however is showing it’s age. The elevators desperately need repairs or replacement. "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"When we arrived the pool heater had been broke and was under repair. One of the reasons we chose to stay here for the kids to be able to swim. It would of been nice if we were contacted or notified ahead of time by management via email, text, anything that this was the situation. "
