I’m sorry the housekeeping missed these items. I wish you would tell us your complaints before giving us a bad review and after you have left. We could have easily fixed this for you at the start of your stay so you would be very comfortable and happy- like our many, many other guests that stay here on a daily basis . We take these things very seriously and are always trying hard to please so we feel it’s a direct hit when someone gives us a bad review - especially when we try very hard to take good care of all our guests. Occasionally we can miss something but overall our little place is very, very clean and we have a lot of pride of ownership. We think of our guests as friends.

We are so sorry about the fireworks.... they are not supposed to set off fireworks anywhere near the building or parking lot. We sincerely apologize. Please try us again. We always try to make our guests as comfortable as possible.

Why would you give us a 2 out of 5 stars because a guest above you went to bed late. You should have asked for a different room while you were staying in the hotel and we would have moved you. We suggest bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper since we cannot control when people go to bed or wake up. You should rate us on how nice the room is and comfortable the bed is and how clean we are which should be a 5 out of 5. We love how people don't tell the manager their complaint while they're staying at the hotel, they just go online and give a bad review because that makes them feel better to be mean- especially when we are working very hard to provide the best comfort.

This guest is the worst kind of "guest". We bent over backwards for her every need and wish just to be spit in the face. The room has brand new, very expensive Beautyrest mattresses, brand new furniture, brand new bedding (she was the very first to use all of these things), brand new towels and floor mat, brand new flooring, The room does NOT smell like marijuana- that was the cleaner. We are having a lot of problems with the WIFI- but thats because Vernonia is putting in new 5G and it's been frustrating for everyone in the city . I don't care if we would have spent $100,000 on this room, this lady would NOT be happy. We tried everything from the first moment to accommodate her. She complained about every little thing. Unless we gold plated the place and put the bed up on a throne, we wouldn't have gotten a good rating from her. I'm glad she's not coming back to our cute little hotel because she will never be welcomed back again.

There is WiFi and there is instructions for the Dish TV. Unfortunately, this is the only way we can offer dish or cable. But if you follow the basic instructions, we have a large selection of TV. You must not have seen it. We are a small place so we’re sorry you are used to a big hotel with extra amenities. We don’t have a 24/7 front desk for our 15 rooms so we try to have numbers posted for easy communication. Too bad you didn’t call us to tell us how unhappy you were while you stayed so maybe we could try to accommodate you better . It’s also too bad you are so rude so us small town folks .

I wish you would have told us while you were staying there that you were uncomfortable. We have expensive Beautyrest beds , which most guests tell us they LOVE and they say they have a wonderful nights sleep at our hotel - so this review was very surprising to us. We update our mattresses regularly too . We did have a full house last night but we didn’t know anyone was making any noise that could be heard through the walls so again, this is a surprise. We will take under consideration to get earplugs available for guests. Our suggestion is to travel with some of your own.
