“Heater sounded like a jet going off every 15 minutes. TV didn’t work. ”

“Found hair on the bed. Otherwise room was pretty clean. The front of the building by the entrance is falling apart. The pool could used a good update(rust or whatever on the steps). The walls in the pool and spa room are peeling. Breakfast was good for a hotel, breakfast eating area pretty small. The back door did not lock like it should I didn’t need my key card to get in. Security concern maybe? ”

“The room is cery clean. The staff is exceptional. It is very pet friendly. They have doggie areas with bags provided. The parking is adequate. We parked out 20ft uhaul and hauler in the lot. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.”

“Unfortunately this hotel is quite outdated. For what we paid for the room I expected more. This hotel was completely booked and there was only one staff person working-he was great but clearly overwhelmed. Also the keys to our door didn’t work and he was unable to fix it. Had to be let in with the master key. ”

“No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with.”
