Our King rooms, named after the kingsize bed in each room, and although equipped with both a closet and clothes drawers may be inadequate for two weeks' worth of clothing. We apologise for the discomfort that this may have caused. The Pool Club offers free entry to hotel residents, and you should hot have been charged to get in. I was distressed to read your comments regarding the lack of intercontinental cuisine, as our breakfast buffet offers a wide range of hot and cold food items as do our a la carte, pool and room service menus. As part of the Lagos State COVID restrictions, all guests are required to wear face masks while inside the hotel. We follow this protocol strictly and respect that it may feel like an imposition on your freedom of movement. Once again please accept my apologies for the shortcomings in the service provided.
