"Staff at reception were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the hotel location was good."

"Great location but hotel could be so much better. Staff not particularly helpful, but to be fair they were all very young. Our room was fine but not replenished with clean towels or other things that you would expect. I asked a member of staff for some bags - they gave me 2 I asked for some sugar - they only had cubes and gave them to me in my hand, I asked if I could put them on a plate, the reply was no, they are for guests ( I thought I was a guest ? ) Asked for milk - was given some that was on the side. When I put it in the tea it curdled, goodness knows how long it had been sat there. Outside our room ( number 5 ) at the back of the hotel was absolutely disgusting. Rubbish strewn everywhere, vapes and dirty mugs. The door in the room opened up onto this. We couldn’t open the door for fresh air for fear of there being rats outside ( no window in room ) Contacted hotel with our complaint - no reply This hotel wasn’t cheap, we expected a higher standard."

"Beautiful flat at a great location. There was a difficulty to find the building as the info shared after the online check in was inaccurate. On top of that there was a problem with the codes and the key collection but was solved over the phone. Same issue at the check out but again solved over the phone. The flat itself was amazing with excellent finishing and high quality of materials and appliances ."

"The room is large but not usefully so. There are no plug sockets beside the bed in the room I was in so you had to get out of bed to turn your alarm off if like me your phone needs constant charging. The TV was a disappointment. No smart TV services (despite the buttons in the remote). Fortunately the WiFi was fast enough to stream on the tablet. No casting available. The bathroom was a similar situation. The combined depth of the large square sink and the cabinet covering the toilet cistern made shaving difficult and there was no pullout shaving mirror. Breakfast too was a disappointment. Scrambled eggs, plum tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, sausage and bacon was all there was on hot counter. You get more for less at the budget hotels."

"Nice, clean hotel in a great location. My only criticism would be the bathroom. It was very small despite having a large, family room. The shower was a bit weak too."

"Clean room, great extras in the room & a really good breakfast. My only issue was that I could hear people talking in the room next to me until they went to sleep, which was at 1:30am, so the soundproofing is a bit of an issue. "
