I liked hearing the church bells next door! It's a comfortable spot with good connections to Schonbrunn plus a variety of shops and restaurants scattered in the area.

Bed bugs and no hot water
This was a good location for our family, near a playground and walkable to public transportation, but unfortunately not a good stay. BED BUGS, no hot water, and a poorly equipped kitchen. The property manager refunded us for roughly one night's stay, but we are still carrying the bed bug bites around with us. Disappointed!

Lovely studio
Needed a deep clean, eg walls, shower walls, table legs. Freezer dirty, but fridge clean. Dishwasher dirty with dirty cutlery on arrival. No pillow covers on extra pillows.

En fin liten lägenhet precis lagom för en eller två person. Rent och snyggt. Nytt och fräscht badrum, tyvärr hade fläktknappen hängt sig så den drog in både damm och kyla. Lite dåligt utrustat kök och vi fick be om vinglas för det saknades helt. Det borde finnas en inventarielista så man hade koll på vad som förväntades finnas i lägenheten. Vi stannade i två veckor och då kan man tycka att man kunde få ett byte av handdukar. Lite lyhört , man hörde grannarna genom väggen, speciellt de med barn. Wifi- uppkopplingen var helt värdelös.

Schönes Apartment
Das Apartment ist vor nicht allzulanger Zeit renoviert worden, alles ist auf aktuellem Stand und sauber. Zu zweit ist es uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir waren zu viert (Familie), da wird es schon kuschelig, es ist eben nur ein Zimmer. Das hat uns für die 4 Nächte allerdings nicht gestört. Der Schrank ist für 4 Leute eher zu klein, hier und da könnte noch ein Handtuchhalter (Toilette) und Mülleimer (Bad) installiert werden. Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man auch gut hin und weg, Bus und Straßenbahn halten um die Ecke. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und auch diverse gastronomische Angebote. Die Wohnung war ruhig, das Fenster war allerdings auch jahreszeitbedingt immer geschlossen.

Ottima struttura sia per grandezza dell’ambiente che per posizione, molto vicino alla fermata del tram e alla metro circa 10 min a piedi. Fornito di tutto, ambiente caldo, appartamento tranquillo e poco rumoroso. Nelle vicinanza vi erano presenti molti supermercati e negozi. Molto delusi per la pulizia dell’appartamento, pavimenti sporchissimi, i nostri figli giocando, sotto i letti hanno rinvenuto di tutto, pezzi di alimenti e carte di vario genere, il bagno sporco, nel wc al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato della carta igienica dentro, indice che non è stato pulito a fondo. In conclusione tutto perfetto, unica pecca la pulizia....degradante.

Departamento muy confortable. Transporte al centro de la ciudad a 200 mts. y a 15´de viaje. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el wi-fi pero lo solucionaron rapidamente. Respuesta rapida y contacto permanente ante cualquier inconveniente.

Leider waren zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten in diversen Räumlichkeiten unter und neben uns, die schon recht früh am Morgen begonnen. Nicht so gut war zudem, dass man keine Parkplatzofferte dazu erhielt. Parken in Wien ist unverschämt teuer und sollte vielleicht berücksichtigt werden, da man als Tourist keinerlei Info darüber hat. Ein kleines Blöckchen mit Gratisparkscheinen (15-Min-Parkscheine) wäre schon mal ein Anfang gewesen, weil man sonst gar keine Möglichkeit hat, irgendwo zu halten um Parkscheine zu kaufen. Für Leute (wie uns) die es nicht gewohnt sind, ist die Kirchennähe (direkt daneben) störend, weil die Kirchglocke morgens mehrfach, mittags und abends unzählige Male geläutet wird. Ausschlafen ist also unmöglich ohne diese Unterbrechung mitzunehmen (8:00 Uhr) Bei Ankunft war alles vorhanden - Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Waschpods für die Waschmaschine, Geschirrmaschinenspültabs etc. Ebenso gab es Föhn, Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine, was natürlich praktisch ist, weil man für alle Eventualitäten ausgerüstet ist. Einzig eine Rolle Toilettenpapier hat bei Ankunft gefehlt, wodurch die Nutzung der Toilette tatsächlich erstmal nicht möglich war. Sicher ein Versehen :-) Da zwischen Kirche und dem Gebäude ein Spielplatz befand, war auch schon mal ein wenig Trubel vor der Wohnung. Dafür war die Verkehrslage ruhig. Abends war meist - mit kurzer Suche - ein Parkplatz zu finden. Alles in allem Fein!

清潔感もあり、特に壊れている設備や使えなかった設備もなかったので満足だった。 ただゴミについての説明がなかったので最初は戸惑ったのだが、自分でゴミ集積所をアパートの下に見つけたので問題はなかった。 ハンガーやドライヤー、アイロンや物干しがあったのはとても助かった。

Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Nah an der Bushaltestelle - schnell im Herzen der Stadt. Wir hatten angemerkt, dass wir gerne ein Kinderbett hätten (wir reisten mit einem 0 und einem 1 jährigen Kind unterwegs) uns wurden sogar zwei Kinderbetten aufgestellt, welche wir dann auch gerne nutzten! Das Appartement war wirklich gut ausgestattet - Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Ventilator, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Es war jedoch sehr heiss in Wien und leider auch in der Nacht, wir hätten uns daher sehr über eine Klimaanlage gefreut. Zudem war es hier und da nicht ganz sauber. Aber uns hat das gar nicht gestört.

清潔で素晴らしい
リンクまでは25分程かかるがトラム２、44の２路線が利用でき、それぞれの停留所から3～5分と便利。 徒歩5分以内にスーパーマーケットも３つある。部屋は清潔で洗濯機があり長期滞在も快適。 欠点 カギの受け渡しは各部屋前のキーボックスを利用するが、小さく暗証番号が読みにくい。教会に面していて、朝8時から午後8時までの間なる鐘の音をうるさく感じる。 WiFiの接続状況があまり良くない（速度が遅くなり接続できなくなるときがある）

Älteres Gebäude in ruhiger Lage
Das Appartment war mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht.Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert.Sehr sauber. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: das Ceranfeld hätte eine Reinigung verdient. Gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr rar. Ansonsten: nur zu empfehlen
