가족여행으로 머무른 곳인데 부엌도 각방마다있고 전자레인지도 있고 가격대비 너무 만족스러웠습니다! 주인이 정말 친절해서 늦은체크인한다고 미리전화했더니 시간맞춰 호텔로와주었어요!

Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich! Die Durchfahrt nichts für große Autos! Keine Klimaanlage! Die Möbel von meinem Zimmer waren sehr alt und runtergekommen! Beschädigungen am Fußboden und an den Wänden! Vorhänge kaputt! Dusche dreckig! Decke und Böden aus Holz! Dadurch hört man alles im Haus! Im Hinterhof ist eine Terrasse, wo es abends auch sehr laut zu ging! Der Preis war für Wien OK!

Friendly owners
The hotel is family owned and the owners are quite friendly. The building is a little old but tidy and rooms are quite spacious.

הרגשנו מרומים
לצערי נאלצנו לשלם 30 אירו שלא היו מצויינים בהזמנה בעל המלון טען שככה זה והוא לא חייב להודיע על כך. הצטערנו כי אהבנו מלון אחר והלכנו לזה כי היה כתוב שזה פחות כסף אבל זה שקר כי זה עלה בסוף יותר! הרגשנו מרומים

Rigtig godt hotel. Sød og hjælpsom personale. Værelser har meget højt til loftet , 3,5 meter ca., hvilket gjorde at vi fandt lidt spindelvæv oppe i nogen af hjørnerne hvor det ville være svært at komme op pga møbler, dog ikke noget at større betydning. Kunne godt finde på at bo der igen

Consigliatissimo! Per chi vuole fare una gita di qualche giorno a Vienna e ha famiglia. Ottima struttura, stanze spaziose con parcheggio auto incluso. Cercavamo proprio questo. Pagato con Expedia on line e spese di pulizia a parte in albergo. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

12泊しました。ゆっくりと ウイーンで過ごしたいので、いつもは ホテルなのですが 今回は、はじめて アパートメントタイプを選びました。本当にアパートに住んでいるかのような体験をしました。オーナーの方もとても感じよく 紳士で 穏やかに 接してくださいました。英語があまり喋れないのですが、わかりやすく説明してくれました。部屋も毎日 クリーンにしてくれます。シャーワの出も良く、ネットも良く繋がり、部屋も清潔です。なんの不自由も感じませんでしたが、部屋がもう少し広いと良かったと思いました。周りの環境も治安が良いです。近くに スーパーもあり、旧市街へ行くにもトラム、地下鉄、バス、を利用してアクセツも良いです。リネン類も隣の施設でクリーニングしています。なんとリンスが家で使っているのと 香りが似ていて まるで自宅にいるようにリラックスで来ました。次回もまた利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

We were given a larger than expected room which was warm and clean. Nearby an excellent restaurant served pizza and there is a supermarket at the end of the road. The centre of Vienna is a 25 min walk but easy enough to access the Museum Quarter and most of the main attractions.

Business trip stay Nov 2018
Stayed at this reasonably priced hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Large room with a very comfortable bed. A basic en suite bathroom but with good water pressure for a decent shower. Located on a quiet side street which helped for a good night's sleep. Optional breakfast was a little too basic for my UK tastes but on a one night stop over it was fine. If staying longer I would have hoped for a choice for a hot breakfast. Happily arriving late evening there were several bars and restaurants still open just down the road including a decent pizzaria which is always a bonus. The hotel offers a airport transfer service which I used and was good. Overall would stay again.

Apartment Hotel with Parking
Booked the hotel as a transit point for a road trip across Vienna to Germany. The hotel provides free parking which was one of the criteria we selected it. The place was located in the northern park of the city, in a residential area which is a little more quiet than the tourist area. There are train stations and tram station close by, which is in walking distance. There are 3 supermarkets in walking distance and a selection of restaurants to pick including Mraz and Sohn which is a 2 star Michelin place. We booked a full apartment for our group of 4 that includes 2 bedroom and a kitchen. There are heaters, but no aircon which made the summer Vienna a little hot, but bearable. Aircon is not common in European hotels so it is not uncommon. A small issue with the room is that there is only one toilet may not be adequate for 4 people during morning times. The check-in process had not been the most smooth due to the limited hours that the check-in is open. However the hotel management has contacted our party earlier to explain how to deal with late check-in so it wasn't an issue. The staff there was friendly and explained about many attractions nearby. There is an additional cleaning fee and city tax that is collected separately which is stated in the terms, but may be surprising one did not read about the details. There is adequate parking space inside the premise, but the entrance can be a little small if you driving a larger car (e.g. SUV class).

Kein Safe im Zimmer, aber sauber
Großes und sauberes Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Einfahrt in den Hof ist sehr eng. Große Autos passen eventuell nicht durch! Im Zimmer gab es keinen Safe.

Kleines nettes und preiswertes Hotel in Innenstadtnähe. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung durch Bus, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn, erreichbar nach kurzem Fußweg. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Hausdame. Wer jetzt 5 Sterne erwartet, ist in einem Edel-Hotel besser aufgehoben. Für Gäste die sowieso viel unterwegs sein wollen, also Wien erkunden, ist der Marienhof genau das richtige. Die rustikale Einrichtung der Zimmer ist für einige bestimmt gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber Charme. Eine Dusche und Toilette sind im Apartment inkludiert. Ausgestattet mit Handtüchern und einem Fön. Wer möchte kann sich ein Apartment mit Kochnische und Haushaltsgeräten, zwecks Selbstversorgung mieten. Gegen Bezahlung gibt es ein Frühstück das sehr üppig ausfällt und definitiv satt macht Und die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten ist überragend. Getränke fürs Zimmer gibt es an der Rezeption zu erwerben. In der Nähe sind aber auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, genauso wie einige Lokalitäten. Transfer zum/vom Flughafen werden auch angeboten. Der Marienhof wird für unsere nächste Reise nach Wien wieder die 1. Wahl sein. Passend zum Motto des Hotels: "Als Gast kommen, als Freund gehen" Viele Grüße aus Hamburg!!

Abbiamo passato un fine settimana a Vienna usufruendo dell' hotel soltanto per il pernottamento. L' appartamento che ci è stato dato era molto spazioso e pulito. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. La posizione dell' hotel non è molto centrale, ma non è stato assolutamente un problema dato che con 5 minuti a piedi si arriva alla fermata della metro ed in breve tempo si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.

Worst for both world - not a hotel or an apartment
The most annoying issue with the hotel is its misleading practice. It advertised for free parking, but it turned out free parking only for the day of arrival. It also advertised for a kitchen, but it would charge you 30 euros if you use the kitchen. The management is not on site. If you forget your key, you will be charged 30 euros to have the door unlocked. No clean towels were provided over three nights of stay. The floor creaked with every move - couldn't do anything without waking wife up. In summary, it is worst for both world - you lose the convenience of the hotel, and you don't get the amenities of an apartment.

Very comfortable, well positioned
The building is not so new, but the room (a small apartment) was clean, comfortable and practic. Very easy communication, we did not meet the staff when we arrived but they informed us by mail and sms giving every instruction for our accomodation.

Fin hotellejlighed
Fint sted med god og kompetent service. Desværre meget støjende ovenboer, men det kan personalet jo ikke gøre for. Gulv og seng knirker virkelig meget, så man skal ikke sove med en nattetisser ;) Wifi kunne være bedre, men fungerede.
