Not bad
It was not bad. Facilities were very old and humble, but not dirty. There is tram station nearby hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to the Stephan platz.

Recommend this hotel for budget travellers
This hotel is quite interesting, in that it’s located inside an apartment building but everything seemed to be well managed. I did not have any issues. The check in time was cut off at a certain time but when I informed them about a late check in, they went out of their way to wait for me and give me the key. Also, it’s quite inexpensive for Vienna yet walkable to the inner city, only 15 minutes to the Christmas market. No need to even take a train or bus. Good location!

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix
Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel pas très loin du centre, une fois prévenu de votre horaire d’arrivée quelqu’un vous attend à la réception pour vous donner les clés, dans le cas contraire il y’a une boîte à clé afin que vous puissiez les récupérer à n’importe quel moment. L’hôtel est propre et silencieux.

Great hotel; staff was very welcoming and check-in was super easy. Rooms are perfect for solo / budget travelers, and they had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Dit hotel mede gekozen op basis van de gunstige locatie ten opzichte van het stadscentrum en de redelijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Alles bij elkaar kon het ermee door. De buurt is keurig netjes met voldoende (afhaal)restaurants in de buurt. Inchecken ging goed en snel. De kamer was ietsje smoezelig en zou best wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken (bijvoorbeeld de douchebak die snel vol water stond en heel langzaam leegliep). Bed was okay, hoofdkussen waardeloos, gaf 0,0 ondersteuning. Geen airco maar er was een staande ventilator in de kamer gezet, erg attent met deze 30 graden hitte. Douche zelf was okay, de douchebak dus niet. Wifi werkte goed. Nauwelijks personeel gezien bij de receptie welke regelmatig afgesloten en donker was. Hierom is het zeer belangrijk om de sleutel van het hotel ten allen tijde goed bij je te houden zodat je er altijd in kunt c.q. om te voorkomen dat je moet gaan bellen met de eigenaar, als je je telefoon tenminste bij je hebt op dat moment. Anders kun je echt een probleem hebben! Het is bij mij altijd goed gegaan maar ik was hier dan ook heel scherp op! Uitchecken was ook heel makkelijk, gewoon de sleutels in een kastje deponeren. Al met al niet slecht maar verwacht geen luxe in dit hotel.

Problème de communication pour l’entrée en possession des clés. Arrivée à 10.00 en l’ayant annoncé à l’avance, il n’y avait personne sur place et pas de réponse au numéro de téléphone. J’ai reçu un message vers 13.00 pour me dire que la chambre était prête et disponible. J’ai donc dû me promener avec mes bagages… Le reste du temps on ne voit personne du personnel. Expérience donc mitigée mais ok pour avoir un lit où dormir

There was NO CHECK-IN!! Though I had written messages via Expedia AND called them that I would arrive late AND they promised to send me the information to get the keys … THEY DIDN'T. No cell phone to call them only an answering machine (that, obviously, nobody checked) … and so I ended up at midnight in Vienna without my booked room. You should de-list this (NON)-Hotel IMMEDIATELY: They treat their (and your) customers like stray dogs or cats, not like persons! WHAT A MESS!

Camera singola spaziosa
Ho alloggiato in una camera singola spaziosa e con arredi nuovi e perciò avevo tanto spazio per poggiare le cose e un armadio per gli abiti. Nel bagno c'è l'appoggio per il beauty case e acqua sempre caldissima nella doccia, cosa non sempre scontata. La temperatura è gradevole e la tenda oscura abbastanza bene la luce esterna. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla piazza del municipio e in centro città e la fermata dei tram è molto vicina, a dieci minuti quella della metro linea U6. Unico disturbo il passaggio dei tram nella strada attigua sino a tarda sera. Come altri ho riscontrato che la camera non viene riassettata ma mi sroge il dubbio che per volerlo si debba mettere il cartello!

The people working at the hotel were so nice and friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. During the heatwave, they gave me a fan and the room stayed cool and comfortable. I thought the building was safe and conveniently located to the 13A bus and the tram.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Instead of check in ust remote hand over of the keys through a box with a code. No staff in the hotel almost all the day. We paid higher price for a room with breakfast, but in the morning reception was closed and no breakfast provided. No staff in the hotel, nobody answered the phone. That is why even luggage storage was not possible and we had problem to leave the hotel and visit the city. It is not hotel, for sure not the 3 star. It is like a terrible Airnb room rental without any staff in the place. When finally somebody came at noon for cleaning rooms, there were no interested we paid for breakfast, only interest was where we gave the keys from the room. As we booked from hotels.com they were not interested in anything we booked with them. They said service is limeted due to some staff Injury we should follow the rules they sent by email a day before the stay. It is only rules valid by their opinion. There were not interested that it is radiccaly different from the conditions what were provided during booking. Even no interest for giving money back for not provided breakfast etc...
