Great hotel however not too visible
Hotel was great and service was 24/7, Rooms were nice and the walk-in showers great. Bed was comfy and able to sleep soundly. Not able to hear outside noises in the room. Airport and taking the metro was easy; after you get off from the nearest metro station either Nestroyplatz or the main Praterstern, you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel which is a 5-10 minute walk. If you are getting off the Praterstern station, when you get out, look in between the Monument statue and the Ferris wheel in the distance, go towards the Monument station and cross the street in that general direction and keep walking north to the hotel. If you go down the other path, you are going away and theres a ibis BUDGET which is the wrong one.

Really enjoyable stay, in a very convenient location near to transport links. Good: Friendly and welcoming reception staff, very clean room and comfortable bed. Amazing shower. Fresh breakfast selection. Nice bar area. Could be better: Towels could be better (very small). Not able to work the air conditioning so room felt quite warm at times. Hot water in hand basin gets extremely hot so care needed.

Clean but I austere rooms but good price, breakfast was good, smart choice for visitors, wanting to avoid that crowds and cost of inner-stadt I don’t wanna be one metro station away

The only disappointment was learning all day complimentary coffee/tea was not offered at this location. . Reviews led us to believe it was. Also unlike other reviews there was no coffee/tea maker in the room either. The reviews were very misleading. Staff were excellent, air-conditioning noisy but provided excellent cooling, bed and pillows were comfortable, room was small but manageable for a few days. No English language television channels.

Very clean and well-maintained hotel. Efficient use of space in the room (we had twin beds) with plenty of shelving, hooks, and hanging bars. Big shower and separate WC. We liked the main floor breakfast area that doubled as a welcoming late night bar. Decent walk (about 7 min) to train stations to get to the main attractions.

The hotel is very modern, simple and clean. It had the best breakfast service I’ve encountered for a hotel in this price-range. I’ll certainly return to this property next time I’m in Vienna.

Lovely hotel for a business trip or leisure
Great hotel - comfortable bed, with most things you need in the room (including hairdryer and coffee supply but no tea). Breakfast included - continental, with some hot food options. Great bar area in the lobby with helpful staff. Would use again.

Ok family stay
Overall a great stay. Good breakfast lots of choices. A new property, well located near the Prater, 25 minute walk to St Stephen’s Cathedral along the river, or 10 euro uber into the centre. My only gripe, the connecting family rooms don’t have twin beds. So my kids 12 & 14 had to share a bed. That as you can imagine caused unnecessary stress. Not a hard problem to rectify by the hotel and one they should consider.

Very nice experience at the Ibis Style, its main advantage is location, it's 5 min walk from a major transport hub, literally 30s walk from the tram stop and around 20-25mn walk from the old center. You can park in the street for free during weekends and there are parkings around the hotel for much cheaper than the 25€ requested. You can usually find some e-scooters easily around the hotel too or use their carsharing app in Vienna (definitely recommend to try that out). The room was good, clean, a bit noisy with the window open but a good AC canceled that problem. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, what you usually expect from an Ibis. The Wifi was solid but not hyper fast (around 10mb/s download and 3-4 upload). There is a bar downstairs if you want one last drink at night or a coffee in the morning and the staff was super polite and friendly. Would come back without hesitation!

Recommended.
Overall an excellent experience. Spotless, superior breakfast and free tea/coffee all day. Staff helpful. Location excellent. In all our globetrotting we've never found the lobby to be just a bar! Pouring beers and checking in guests at same time - not especially a problem just weird! Room might have been our smallest ever too. Otherwise comfortable. Recommended.

Loved the bar area and the free tea/coffee that you could get all day.Rooms were on the small side but ok for a few nights.The location was good ,5 mins from Prater park and 3 stops on ubahn to centre.

It was a nice, friendly and comfortable hotel with a good location, but I found the room furnishings to be rather spartan. There were no chairs in the room, only stools which are not the most comfortable to sit on. Also, I am still a traveller who likes to have a telephone in the room. There wasn't one in this hotel which was a first for me. It was somehow disconcerting. The breakfast was lovely.

Fantastic apartment, just out the way of the hustle and bustle of everything but a steady walk to everything. This is the perfect location, the apartment had all the facilities which was great as the local spar is 5 minutes walk so you can pick up everything you need. You'll save a fortune on eating out by cooking yourself. I loved it here and will be back. One thing I must say is I had to pay 58 euros for city tax and the cleaning of the room which is standard but it never said anything about this when I booked with hotels.com. but I'd still book again

A nice clean and tidy hotel.
The hotel was nice, clean and tidy. The staff were nice and helpful. There was secure parking under the hotel. The hotel was about a 30 minute walk to the center of Vienna and near the river. There was a nice buffet style breakfast.

Particularly great service from reception staff on both check-in and check-out - thank you! The hotel is in great condition with some quirky touches and I loved the idea of combining reception with a bar. You can relax with a casual drink in the spacious bar area at reception - a great place to unwind or get some work done over a coffee.

Great staff, brilliant beds.
Front desk guys are really lovely and friendly (Aslan especially). Great bed, lovely decor and the condition of the hotel is fantastic. The TV had few English channels and no way to take off the German voice overs, and the soaps in the room for showering aren’t great. Otherwise, fantastic!

Good option, removed from center of VIenna
Hotel is nice and clean, room is very simple (no dresser/drawers, just bare shelves), with a very friendly and resourceful staff. Hotel is a bit off the path, with no great restaurant options in the vicinity. 25 min walk from center of Vienna.
