AMAZING and friendly staff and good rooms. My room was quite hot, the temperature could not be adjusted but I simply opened the window, not a problem at all. Great place to stay and great value.

the location is great. Checkin is great. They offer coffee in the lobby and have a nice courtyard in which to enjoy is. It was really hot and we asked for a fan. They said they would bring one, but forgot. We spent a pretty miserable night, but got one the next day.

Excellent assistance from the after-hours telephone service. We speak English only, and were impressed with the communication skills. We had made the reservation late, after office hours, and were further delayed by train disruptions so did not arrive until 11pm. Good location for us exploring Vienna on foot as well as attending concert. Very comfortable room true to the on-line descriptions.

Very disappointed

We got different room from what we booked for. We were excited to stay comfort studio suit which has 2 floors. However they over booked and changed our room without asking. When we claimed, they said it’s upgrade and we got bigger room. But for us, the room was maybe bigger but has just 1 floor ordinary room. We chose this apartment because we wanted to stay 2 floors room. We are currently requesting refund.

Struttura a 5 minuti dal Rathaus e dal centro città, comodo per i trasporti pubblici, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con vari supermercati, negozi e ristoranti attorno. Accoglienza super, buona pulizia degli ambienti e dell'appartamento, camera grande con zona cucina e bagno però piccolo. Reception aperta dal mattino fino alle 18, dopo si entra solo con chiave dell'hotel. Siamo stati benissssssimo, voto 9
