오전8시부터18시까지 리셉션열고 나머지는 문을 닫아요 만약 문이 닫혀있으면 인터폰을 누르면 직원응답이 나오면 예약번호 말하면 비번알려주고 룸키를 가져가게 합니다 전반적으로 만족하고 혹시 렌트하시는분들은 밑에 공원지하주차장에 주차하시면 됩니다. 나올때 주차정산하면 되구요 세탁시설은 없어요

nice, but little bit far
the facility of hotel was really cool. everything was cool, and especially cozy bed was really nice. but just one weak point is - location. There are no subway near the apartments, and also difficult to go to the center

Great service
Over all I give 4.5 more points to here. The most impressive experience here was the reception's great service. I visited for Honeymoon end after traveling around East Europe. And when going back to my home, I couldn't even get any wrong for the transportation path there by having all detailed helps from reception. As general apartment, it has cozy circumstance and simple kitchen and quiet street back there.

시청에서 가깝고 대학교가 가까움. 대학교 내에 공원과 식당중 하나가 좋았음. 호텔이 가격이 조금 높은 편. 냉장고 얼음이 꽉차서 제대로 작동하지 않고 식기세척기역시 고장나서 고치고... 선택의 여지가 없어서 2주정도 머물렀고 청소는 잘해주고 서비스는 괜찮으나 이케아 가구에 내부 기기가 엉망이었음.

큰도로와 한블럭 떨어진 곳에 위치하여 조용하고 깨끗합니다. 근처에 체인슈퍼마켓 "BILLA"가 있어 장보기도 편리합니다. 아파트먼트 주변에 주요 관광지로가는 트램이있어 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다.

Immer wieder gern, gute Lage, geräumige und schicke Apartments. Für uns perfekt. Dass andere Gäste immer mal wieder nachts im Innenhof lärmen, ist wohl dem Umstand geschuldet, dass die Rezeption seit Corona nachts nicht besetzt ist. Vielleicht hatten wir da aber auch nur Pech...

the location is great. Checkin is great. They offer coffee in the lobby and have a nice courtyard in which to enjoy is. It was really hot and we asked for a fan. They said they would bring one, but forgot. We spent a pretty miserable night, but got one the next day.

Very disappointed
We got different room from what we booked for. We were excited to stay comfort studio suit which has 2 floors. However they over booked and changed our room without asking. When we claimed, they said it’s upgrade and we got bigger room. But for us, the room was maybe bigger but has just 1 floor ordinary room. We chose this apartment because we wanted to stay 2 floors room. We are currently requesting refund.

Struttura a 5 minuti dal Rathaus e dal centro città, comodo per i trasporti pubblici, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con vari supermercati, negozi e ristoranti attorno. Accoglienza super, buona pulizia degli ambienti e dell'appartamento, camera grande con zona cucina e bagno però piccolo. Reception aperta dal mattino fino alle 18, dopo si entra solo con chiave dell'hotel. Siamo stati benissssssimo, voto 9

La posizione vicino al Rathaus e al centro città, oltre alla comodità per i trasporti pubblici, è sicuramente un punto forte. Weekend agréable
Bon accueil, bel hôtel, self check in simple,chambre facon duplex agréable. Couchage un peu mou, malheureusement pas de volet ni de rideau occultant dans la chambre : la chambre est baignée de lumière dès tôt le matin, compliqué pour la grâce matinée.

Все очень не плохо
Поехали отдыхать семьей и первая остановка в Вене. Долго перечитывала отзывы и остановилась на этом отеле- апартаментах… Жили в первом корпусе на первом этаже. Мы с коляской, в лифт ( если его так можно назвать) не влезла… Ресепшн работает до 18- ти, а мы пока добрались до отеля было уже 19:30 и действовали по инструкции, которую нам прислали на почту .Вначале показалось, что номер прокуренный, потом поняли, что курят во дворе и запах оттуда. До 3 ночи в первую ночь у соседей лаяла собака и наша младшая малышка, а ей 2 года плакала , не смогла уснуть. Утром попросила дополнительно полотенца и утюг с гладилкой. Когда вернулись вечером , то все было уже в номере. Уборка в номерах очень хорошая, но иногда бегают таракашки

Obsługa hotelu bardzo mila. Super ludzie. Odległość od metra 2 km. Brak parkingu. Parking najbliższy ok 1 km. Cena 36 euro. Hotel daje zniżkę i wtedy za dobę jest 28 Euro. My byliśmy tydzień - bardziej się opłacało zapłacić bilet tygodniowy bezpośrednio na parkingu - ok 80 Euro. Tani parking dopiero na obrzeżach ok 3-4 Euro za dobę. Brak klimatyzacji przez to w upalne dni w pokoju b. duszno. Dobrze, że wzięliśmy ze sobą wiatrak. Gdy się otworzyło okno a noc nie była gorąca to było mile chłodniej ale nad ranem jadące samochody i śmieciarki już przed 7 rano budziły skutecznie. Pokój mieliśmy dla 3 osób: dwie osoby miały widny pokój trzecia osoba miała sofę z oknem non stop zasłoniętym bo wychodzącym na klatkę schodową. Zatem całą dobę jedynym światłem było światło sztuczne. Jak na klatce ktoś głośno się zachowywał to wszystko było słychać. Jednakże pokój czysty i dobrze wyposażony (lodówka, dwa paliniki, garnki, zmywarka, talerze, sztućce, mikrofalówka). Codzienna wymiana ręczników, wyrzucane śmieci. Wygodne łóźko. Tu zastrzeżeń nie ma. Aby dojść do centrum starego miasta 20-25 minut trzeba było iść. To było dla nas ok. Jak ktoś chce szybciej dojechać bo np nie może chodzić za daleko to zdecydowanie nie dla niego lokalizacja. Generalnie jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Das Hotel Levante Rathhaus Apartments eignet sich besonders für längere Aufenthalte, da die Zimmer eigentlich Suiten sind mit sehr großzügigen Platzverhältnissen mit eigenem kleine Balkon, mit eigener Kleinküche vor allem. Es fehlt an nichts! Sehr sauber und hygienisch alles! Darüber hinaus freundlicher Empfang. Für Wien Urlauber, Studiengäste zur nahen Universität Wien, Geschäftskunden und den Weekendern bestens geeignet. Sehr distinguiert alles in einem hisorischen Wiener Altstadthaus mit hervorragender renovierter Infrastruktur. Alles Bestens. Danke gerne wieder. PS: Mit etwas Glück hat man direkt vor der Tür einen Parkplatz sollte man mit dem Auto anreisen.

A great and modern Apartment Hotel that has it ALL
I stayed in The Levante Rathaus Apartments for almost 3 weeks and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and flexible (especially the best receptionist ever, Meriem). They helped me with printing documents I needed, and the cleaning was both very good and flexible (never a problem to ask them to come later). The loft rooms are beautifully furnished with a sleeping loft, couch, TV, table and kitchen. In the reception you can get free (and good) coffee in "to-go-mugs" - so that you can bring one on the run. The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, but still not as noisy and crowded. In the vicinity there's a plethora of good bars and restaurants, as well as good communications. I would definitely stay in The Levante Rathaus Apartment again - thank you very much for a great stay! /Ludvig
