Location was ideal and convenient. Rooms are clean and quiet. Service level needs some improvement—we had afternoon tea and tea sandwiches and sweets options are mediocre. Staff needed to be more attentiv.

We are family of four. This is a great hotel to stay at as it is very charming and is a great location. Crisologo street is the next street over and there is a coffee shop and convenient store across the entrance.

Need more authentic restaurants that have meals for 1 person(for a lone traveler). Availability of cheaper airport transfers from Laoag airport to Vigan for tourists.

Outstanding visit. Enjoyed the light show in city center at night. Beautiful preserved old town. Walk streets at night. Beach area at Santa Catalina had great black sand and though not spectacular was great for viewing sunset.
