โGreat hotel, great staff, good location right next to the highway. Lots of restaurants and bars all around. Definitely recommend if you need to stay in the west area of Buenos Aires. Thanks!!โ
โGorgeous modern hotel in Puerto Madero. Rooms were new, bed most comfortable, amenities high end, staff most professional and courteous, instagramable public spaces, walkable, safe, restaurants all over and near center. Uber is very reasonable. Loved the hotel and the experience we had. โ
โThe receptionists were nice and the breakfast is really good compared to regular hotels in North America. It's near a lot of places (Florida street, mall, obelisco)โ

Foi bem desgastante, mas tirando isso, o Hotel eh muito bom, quarto confortavel, a equipe simpรกtica e educada, o cafรฉ da manhรฃ, muito bom. E muito bem localizado! โWe stayed seven nights at this centrally-located Buenos Aries hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, with an excellent bed, great shower, and well-stocked with amenities. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, accomodating, and warm. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great five star hotel in Ricoleta, Buenos Aries! โ
โBuen hotel. Me sorprendio que el colchon de mi cama estaba muy, muy, muy vencido y viejo, totalmente hundido. Como es posible que todavia lo utilicen? No pude dormir la primer noche por lo que pedi que lo cambiaran. Me lo cambiaron, pero lo pusieron ennotra habitacion y me trajeron otro que no estaba tan viejo. Le comente a la Concierge, me pidio disculpas y me comento que no tienen contemplado comprar nuevos colchones, que no esta ese concepto en el presupuesto. Esos colchones deberian de haber...
โGreat clean room in the good location. But, why do we get the tough and unkind attitude from the staff of the front desk? I showed my intention to take message, but the guy in the front desk said, "Do you have the time of the message?" Ridiculous. I decide. Why did the staff give that kind of unacceptable response? If I were hus boss, I would fire him. I decided not to spend any money at this hotel.
