"Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views. Needless to say, that greatly improved the quality of our visit! Breakfast was an amazing array of quality and delicious international and local options! We didn’t need to eat again until late evening!!! The gym equipments and the swimming pool were also very nice! Despite our one-night stay, I managed to biked 10 minutes in the bike trainer, run 3Km on the treadmill, swam in the ocean across the street for over half an hour before swimming a dozen laps in the roof top pool!! Would definitely stay again next time if I can still afford to do so!! 😅 "

"The Green Oasis Nha Trang Resort was the most relaxing place I have ever stayed! I stayed at the beginning of May. The gardens were lush, and exploding with vibrant colors! The Plumeria were in full bloom and their fragrance was magical! The landscaping was perfectly manicured. The Views were stunning and I felt like I was in Eden. I loved the pool area. There was a Koi pond with a friendly turtle. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! The owner, Tommy spent 43 years in the Czech Republic, and had strong English skills. This resort is for relaxing! It's about 300 meters to the boats that take you to Monkey Island. There is a Beautiful Buddhist temple next to the property. Go here if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I will always go back as long as this resort exists! It is just that special! Thanks to all the wonderful staff, of course Tommy! "

"Whoever manages this property is horrible! We spent 3-4 hours trying to get a hold of the host. We couldn’t find the place because it’s all new developments. This place is located on top of a coffee shop. The employees at the coffee shop had no idea what was going on. There were 3 separate people telling us to go to different locations. No one showed up to meet with us to show the property. It was such a disaster!!!! Avoid this place at all cost! The host messaged me back after 2 hours trying to get a hold of her and said that we checked in already but in reality, we didn’t even get the keys! No one checked our confirmation or booking information. It was a waste of time!!!! Stick with an actual hotel that has a conceirge. "
