“We booked this hotel 2 hours before check-in. We arrive at the check in time and the receptionist told us our name was not in the system. Turned out this hotel has private owner that owned many units and they work with the hotel. Finally took us 2.5 hours after my check-in time to get our room. I booked a king size bed with ocean view and they gave us a two twins bed with construction view. The sink still has toothpaste on it (someone brushed their teeth) and the bedsheet still has hair on it....

“Frankly speaking about 'Ecstacy Hotel' It was worst hotel in my life. They are liar and swindler! I booked room for a night and paid through "Hotels.com". When I visit hotel, they said there is no available room and they are so sorry to me about that. I understood it was friday night and everybody can mistake. They told me they will cancel my booking. But they didn't. Furthermore, now they are saying guest was no show. If I don't have a receipt of Grab, they succeed to steal my money.”

“by the airport; Expedia should have address of this property clearly marked so guests could book taxis and share rides like grab. I had to call the property and was given vague instructions. If you didn't speak Vietnamese, it would have been an issue. Shame on Expedia. ”
