Well it's convenient for people that smoke, you hardly have hotel nowadays with smoking room, so I give them a plus. this just for the people that can tolerate smoking room. There's a lot of non smoking room available too.so please don't read my comment they also have stove and fridge in some of the room if you want to make something quick.wrong.

Clean room. Hotel in a sketchy area. Our door didnt fully shut but was secure with the additional lock. Someone tried to push the door open. Front desk staff was very attentive and patrolled after we called to make them aware.

there is no point saying there is breakfast, even if they call it “light” it consists of little bites muffins and a juice/coffee machine. housekeeping only came in and made one bed, did not even clean the shower or anything (whatever we were there 3 nights no huge deal) they provide cups in the room for coffee but no coffee machine. ALSO check in states at 3pm. inside the room on the door it states check in 1pm. We were made to wait until 4pm to check in. other than that staff was overall friendly.

Staff is always very friendly rooms are clean and surprisingly comfortable. I’ve been down there several times and stayed at this hotel each time due to my father being in the hospital at Nordbrook General the area is incredibly quiet and feels really safe, which is a big plus.

As one of the cheaper lodging options in the area, this hotel was fine. The rooms were clean. The bathroom is outdated and the tub was peeling. There is very little soundproofing. The check-in area smells of stale cigarette smoke, my children would not stand inside. They advertise free breakfast, but for our stay that was only Chewy granola bars, juice and coffee. We will spend a bit more and stay somewhere else on future visits.
