"I stayed for one night on a layover. I waited for the shuttle bus in front of the hotel for about 70 minutes from 8 PM. I barely got on. Even at the 8 AM departure time in the morning, the shuttle bus did not come on schedule, so I used the bus individually. Transit hotels never come without a shuttle. The hotel room smelled strongly of men's cologne, so I opened the window and ventilated for over 2 hours in the cold winter before I could barely fall asleep. The bed sheets also smelled strongly of an old man. I took off the sheets and used my sleeping bag. I wanted to ask to change rooms, but I held back because I felt bad that there was only one employee at the counter responding to complaints about the shuttle to several people at the late hour. I often transit through Amsterdam, but I will never use this service again."
