"We booked a sea view room and it had a fantastic outlook of the bay and pier. The balcony was absolutely massive and the bedroom spacious too. Great resort and location, highly recommend."

"I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival. When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did not have to sleep on the street. This situation caused significant stress, inconvenience, and disruption, particularly given the vulnerable circumstances of the individual concerned. I had relied on the confirmed booking and expected that the accommodation I had paid for would be available. The failure to honour the booking placed both myself and the person I was supporting in an unacceptable position."

She gave us some nice suggestions for restaurants around the area. The restaurant on site was so laid back; great staff as well and TVs playing all kinds of sports. We highly recommend the experience. Boston loves Australia 🇺🇸🇦🇺"
