"The Grand Mercure is a lovely hotel. This is our second stay here and likely will be our next stay the next time we return to Seoul. Our room was on the 20th floor with beautiful city views. The amenities including in room laundry, full kitchen and sitting area. The front desk and hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when in Seoul."

The location of the hotel was excellent for walkable shopping and food options, but was also across the street from the subway if you want to visit other districts. There was no feeling of chaos or hectic crowds, this hotel felt like a cozy and luxurious second home, the gym and spa were very convenient, and once again the staff were all so great across the board. "We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on...

"Close to subway station and namdaemun. Walking distance to shinsagae department store. There's a coffee and dessert place downstairs and convenience store on premise. Very convenient! Best thing is limousine bus from airport comes to the front door to this hotel! To go back to airport, it's just a 2 min walk away across the road! "
