절대 가지 마세요!!!

매우 지저분.. 냄새까지.. 침대 시트에서 조차 냄새.. 목욕탕 타올은 누렇고... 차라리 차에서 자는것만도 못했음.

SKIP THIS PLACE!

Avoid at all costs. Neglected property, horrible area, no one was there to check us in when we arrived and waited 45 minutes, no one answered the phone after 5 attempts to call. Had to get a refund and go to a place down the street.

Room was disgusting. Smelled funny, walls were cracked and had holes in it. No toilet paper in the bathroom, cigarette butts on the window sill. Hot water was extremely difficult to get working, water faucet was broken. Smoke detector was broken and sitting on the tv stand.

I'm shocked that a property this bad can be recommended by Expedia. This place is a dump and a eyesore. Paint was peeling off the walls, looks like no maintenance has been done in ages. They advertised refrigerator and breakfast. The original fridge didn't work and was so filthy that dogs would turn their nose. I ended up getting bitten by bugs in my sleep. I paid for 2 nights but left after one. I feel that I should be reimbursed and that this property should be taken off the Expedia recommended list. I will not use Expedia for my next trip because of this.

This is a run-down property. The pillow cases were dirty and the sheets looked like they had been used. I asked for clean linens and was told that they didn’t have any and that the owners only provided them with what they had.

WORST PLACE EVER

I never checked because I could tell the property was in poor condition before I had to locate the attendant. Once the attendant was located and we went back the office it was in terrible condition and smelled horrible. Because of these conditions I asked to see the room which also smelled with dirty carpeting and mold on the walls. Also if you arrive after the dark the property is hard to locate because is no lighting to let you know it's there. If this place shows up when conducting your search just keep going!!!!!!!!

It is run down property. Dirty, Old furniture, Defective TV as a show pieces, No towel, no toilet papers, Shower was broken. Nothing to say good about. I think Expedia should not work with them. I almost said, i need my money back....Not even worth writing about property.

Bed bugs and mold. Should be closed. Staff that night was very accommodating but they had little to work with.

First of all, I did not stay at this motel, when I arrived at the motel, the first thing that I noticed was how unkempt the place was. Therefore, before checking in, I asked to inspect the room. The man at the front desk carried me to the room that I had made reservations for, when he opened the door, the first thing that I smelled was a strong odor of mildew, the second was that one of the double beds was not made up and that the sheets and pillow cases on this bed were soiled.

Very bad experienced, paint chaps all over the room, lead hazard, bad scent, bed bugs was found on the bed. Bathroom was fatty. We didn’t used their bedding set. We bought our own bed set from Warmat. The room was dirty we had to senticide both room and bathroom everything in the room. We did not sleep well. The experienced was very bad. Very bad for $100. We later check out and got an excellent Courtyard Marriott for $109. Don’t go to Budget Inn in North Kingston, RI

Despite how high the price is, it’s still the cheapest hotel. So you get the cheapest hotel. It’s a little hidden and run down. I think the tv is from the 90s. But the front desk guy who doubles as the owner is a nice guy. He tries to make everything work with what he has. If you have kids and are taking a family trip, might be better to get a different hotel, but if your just by yourself, and need a place to stay. This is the perfect place
