"Very nice lounge/bar, good food, courteous and knowledgeable staff, great location and unique rooms. The hotel is 100 years old and has many nice class touches. We had a wet bar / kitchenette area in our rooms, nice bathrooms and spacious rooms with nice touches. We are tired of vanilla hotels so we chose something different. There was an issue with the parking deck when we arrived so we ended up in a deck less than a block away which was much cheaper on the weekend. The parking deck was fixed before we left so it shouldn’t be an ongoing issue. We ate breakfast and a light dinner one day and it was very good. Maybe a little privy but not bad for DC. There is a food court in western market which offers a nice variety and is a bit of a lower price point. "

"Pros: Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, the daily reception was a nice addition, room was clean & updated. Cons; The pool was packed & assuming because of the high number of ppl dirty. Price for parking a day was ridiculous. "
