"Nice place and very close to the centre of Chester. Parking has to be reserved separately but no big deal as very large public car park almost next door: ~£8 for 24-hours."

The Abode is my ho to hotel in Chester. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the check-in experience was not up to the usual standard and was quite disappointing. I also found the staff member to be rude and not at all helpful, which negatively impacted my overall experience."

"The room was nice, bed was comfy. Location of hotel was excellent. Very strange to note - only one teaspoon was supplied per room. I asked housekeeping for a second and was told that they weren't carried on their trolly. She was polite and apologetic, but I just thought it was odd. It wouldn't stop me from returning. "
