"Ideal location and the shopping centre car park had direct access into the hotel. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely spacious room. Nice to have fresh milk in the mini bar rather than long life. A couple more herbal teas would have been good rather than just 1 green and 1 peppermint."

"Absolutely fantastic! Great vibe and every single staff member was very friendly. The room was very quirky and modern. I had requested a quiet room and was given a room on the 4th floor which was completely silent and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good with a great selection hot and cold food. The only not so good points were having to mess about dowoading and registering on the third party parking app. Great hotel I would certainly stay again"

"We had another wonderful stay for a birthday trip. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable! (superior room). Had a nice drink in the bar last night too. They kindly stored our bags for us for a few hours after we checked out, as we wanted to go back into the city before our train home. We will definitely be back! "

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen that was absolutely immaculate. The furnishings were modern, the bed extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere calm and welcoming. It felt like having my own private apartment right in the centre of town. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions or recommendations. They clearly take pride in the hotel and in making guests feel at home. What I loved most was the balance: just a few minutes’ walk from Chester’s shops, pubs, and restaurants, yet peacefully quiet once you return for the night. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing, shopping, or the races, The Seven Hotel provides a perfect mix of convenience, comfort, and tranquility. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a touch of boutique charm."

"Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel.
