“Very nice hotel to stay in Tunbridge Wells. Close enough to the centre so that you don't need your car. The hotel and our room were very clean. There is a public car park very close to the hotel so it's easy to park even though you can't really do do at the hotel. ”

There was some outside noise, but we fully expected that when booking a high street hotel on a main road, and it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm.
