“The hotel staff was amazing, helpful, well informed, and well dressed. The common areas were clean and comfortable. The bar could be stocked with more options and better grades of products. Still very clean and excellent service. Food was top notch, great salad and entrees. If I good to Xian I will repeat the stay.”

“Clean space ”

“Room was clean. Staff are great. The location is close to almost everything. You can't sleep well at night due to beating music throughout the night even with windows closed. AC wasn't working and the non smoking room was full of tobacco smell but they have changed the room for us to a smaller yet AC working. As we complained, they have given us robes as a compensation.”

“Quieter than the Intercontinental just down the road, and the food as very good. Music in the restaurant was a little loud, as was the different music in the adjacent bar . . .”
