“My experience was great. Staff was very nice. Best seaside hotel ive been to yet. It was raining so I didn't get a chance to use the pool. It was a nice sized and had a chair for people with mobility issues. The gym was basic but clean and had enough for a work out. Parking appears tight but actually enough spaces and was easy to get in and out. Room was large and had an ok view. Little terrace was nice. The outside table was basically a bowl that just filled with water in the rain. Great...

“The property was well maintained. I did have a small problem and I brought it to the property manger's attention. I will not say what it was, if someone wants to contact me, fine. The property manager was rude and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I was told that someone would come to the room for the second time and that never happened. I really could not understand her reasoning for her actions or to exhort her power so to speak. I was not asking for anything or even a room...

“I stayed at Tru by Hilton for five nights during a solo trip. Overall, the hotel was nice, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was just okay. My room appeared very clean overall, with one exception: the bed frame had visible hair, dust, and debris on it. Because the frame extends beyond the mattress, it was noticeable and seems like an area that should be wiped down between guests. The biggest issue was the TV. I was unable to reliably use it during...
