Try to have the hotel refund me as before leaving that front desk staff to call Book a Hotel and I would be refund the last night, that wasn't the truth"

"An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well."

"Room was clean and spacious. The young woman at the front desk the day we checked in and the following, was helpful and very sweet. She took the time to chat with us about the area "

"Staff were great. Room was larger than expected. Beds were more of an oversized double. The room upon entry smelled of deep fryer grease and there were huge stains all over the couch. We didn’t sit on it. Washer and dryer came in handy but they didn’t have soap. Dishes needed to be washed before use. Probably just someone who dropped the ball on housekeeping that day. "

"My room was disgusting. The bathroom especially. Shower was gross i did not take a shower in it, i refused. The light switches had red stuff and lots of dirt on them. Not swept, just filthy."
