“It was the best hotel in my last trip to LA area with family.”

“I made a reservation with the female manager who wore the tower bar glasses on the first floor four days ago, gave me the room number, checked it three times, and got a confirmation email. However, it guides you to the wrong seat inside the meal. This is a clear mistake. I thought it was on purpose because I'm Asian. I hope you never make such a mistake next time you go again.”

“This is probably the best hotel in West Hollywood. It's very comfortable. The property used to be an apartment building, so it feels like home. The room service was great, a rare amenity these days. The food at the restaurant tastes great. The front desk missed my call and called me back a few minutes later! Can't wait to go back.”
