“Great breakfast ”

“Enjoyed the stay. Staff was accommodating to our late check-in. We had put out arrival was to be at 130am we ran into traffic, we didn’t arrive till 3am. The gentleman checking us in was so nice and friendly. The checkout staff in the morning were very nice as well. I will stay here again!!!!”

“Clean room but did have part of the ceiling falling a slight bit in the corner.”

“Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. ”

“Stayed in a room with a loft which was great for our teenager. That ladder to the loft was steep, but they had no problem with it. The breakfast menu varies, but you can ask for cistomizations and it all was delicious!”

“Most amazing right in the middle of the mountains stay I’ve ever had! The owners are phenomenal people and the city is being built back up but it’s busy and stores are open for business! If your thinking about booking just do it ☺️”

“I never leave reviews. I do a lot of solo traveling, and have stayed in many motels. I just need a clean bed and shower for the night. I booked for 2 nights since I was hiking in area. Room smelled like stale smoke so I asked for a different room, they had none available unless I wanted to pay $10 more for a different room.. they finally were able to “find” me one for same price of $100. for one night. The room was dirty, literally dirt on the walls. shower was unusable because of mold on...

“Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! ”

“Location was great! It was close enough to walk up town, so we didn't have to worry about finding a parking place. We enjoyed sitting on the private deck listening to the river. Though no fault of the management, we had some very loud neighbors that kept us awake until very late and woke us up very early. It was a quaint little lodge and we will be back!”

“It's always such a treat to stay here..... I literally decided to stay up in the mnts even having to drive down to Asheville for work the next morning... the place is wonderfully kept, great staff - and an amazing setting with excellent food.... Looking forward to my next visit !”
