I stayed at the one on palm beach lakes. I recorded a video of a roach crawling on the bed. We ended up checking out early be of this. Made every uncomfortable and creeped out. I was so disgusted. The place also had a weird smell like bad plumbing in the building. I would never stay here again. 254

There was a lot of noise from outside vehicles driving by. The room was clean, but it could use an update. The free breakfast was not to my liking. I was hoping for something hot, but only bagels, bread and cold eggs were available.

Cleaning people forgot to take the trash out of the room when I first checked it. There was a big lizard in the bathroom. And had random guests walk in our hotel room in the morning. Overall, place was very unprofessional. Wasn’t very pleased with the stay.

Listed as Airport hotel with ride to/from airport. Bout only tell you when you call fr ride that its from 10:30 am-5pm weekdays. Staff also are a bit unfriendly. Very rundown. I've never left a really negative review before in my life.

The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the same night. The front doors did not close, so anyone could gain access to the building.

Management needs to invest. The staff were really awesome but the facility needs love for the price I paid was not worth it. Carpet stank, microwave didn’t work at the room they gave me, no hot water when we shower.

The sofa bed was terrible, we were 5 people and that’s why we wanted the sofa bed and it had springs coming out and it hurt your back, I called the front desk and they said all sofa bed were leli that, very unfriendly and unhelpfull, never would stay there again terrible experience, I would even like a refund but I would never get ir from a hotel line that, would never recommend it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathtub was black. No food or working vending machine. Will never ever book at this hotel again not even a short stay.

There was no hot water when we tried to take a shower. We had to call downstairs and we were told the Laundry assistant was over and looking into it.
