“We loved the fact there there are no children allowed in the pool/hot tub area. Romantic & quiet . The staff was friendly and provided a tour beforehand and the homemade breakfast… what else do we want for a relaxing vacation. We will be back after finding this gem.”

“The room was nice and staff were professional.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“Property is convenient if you are traveling on 40 West. Dog friendly. Property is starting to look worn out. Looks like the owners need to invest in refurbishing the property. Also, the outside needs to be better maintained. There is dog poop all over. Suggest they install signs for people to pick up their dog waste or face additional fines.”

“깨끗하고 서비스 좋아요. 다만 주변이 다소 시끄러운게 단점. 그래도 직원도 친절하고 호텔 식당 및 주변 식당들이 맛있어서 좋았어요.”

“Everything is good.”

“Clean room and good bed. Quiet after 10 PM. Overall this is is good place to stay.”

“First, Id like to say the hotel was great. It's a beautiful place to stay. Rooms spacious, super clean, and really a unique feel. My only issue was some verbiage I heard from staff. It was explained it is a hold, which is fine, but was also mentioned that "that's why they dislike expedia and third party sites, cause no one knows what's going on". I then , during my visit, heard an employee say to another...

“Excellent location for those who don’t have a vehicle. Buses are free and take you to many areas of town. We took the train to Santa Fe for the day which was enjoyable. If you want a great supermarket with takeout try El Super!”

“Only real issue is that they were remodeling the hotel and elevators were off and on. At check in there was no attendant at the front desk, had to wait 15 minutes before someone from the cleaning staff had to go get the attendant from the office.”

“Nice staff and Clean, safety place!”

“Easy. Just what we needed for a multi-day driving trip.”

“Open parking, safe neighborhood, restaurants withing walking distance.”
