“Very much enjoyed our stay (7 nights). Had a suite with a kitchenette counter, was very comfortable. Convenient location for restaurants and the theatres. Look forward to staying there the next time we’re in town.”

“This property is extremely outdated with little modernization. The room is small with outdated furniture, although the mattress was good. The room door only had a handle lock which opened with an actual key - no deadbolt or other locking feature. The auxiliary entrances were not locked or secured in any manner. Check-in took 20 minutes with a clerk who struggled with understanding 3 people checking in with 2 separate reservations. I am unclear if language was the barrier or if it was...

“No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of.”

“We were in a Junior Suite, room 1, with a Queen bed and Double sofa bed. Our main complaint was with the odd layout of the room. It was clear it used to be two different rooms that they combined to make a larger room. However, the toilet was on one side, and the shower on the other side (each in an enclosed bathroom). There is a sink on either side of the room. When the sofa bed was extended out, it was very challenging to get to the toilet from the side of the room with the Queen bed. There was...

“The rooms were very clean, the mattress was excellent and overall the interior is clean looking, modern and cozy. Very competitively priced, friendly helpful staff, will book early again next season to ensure there is availability. Super happy with our stay and very close and walkable to all amenities, theatres, restaurants, shops, etc.”
