โExcellent property and staff. From first contact, through checkout, customer service was next level. Always someone asking how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Dining area was super clean. Rooms were nice. Location was perfect. Booked third party and had to extend one nightโฆseemless.โ
โWhen I saw the pictures, I was disappointed, especially when it looked like a bad motel, especially the parking; however, when I checked in, I was completely surprised. Very clean room, good service, and friendly staff, and also they refunded me the deposit so quickly. I really recommend it. โ
โIf you want to improve:
Anyone can go up the elevator since one does not need a room key to activate it & wish there were better pillows. Other than that, it was great! โ

โStaying in a historical hotel was awsome, the stairs, wallpaper in hallway and old elegance of it was really nice. It was clean and nice. No frills. Don't expect luxury amenities as it's not expected but nice bedding, clean room and comfortable. Remember, you're staying in a part of history. That was cool. Also, try restaurant on bottom floor, it was excellent food. โ
โThe room is clean and set up in a convenient manner with regards to the room layout. The breakfast offered was lovely with both hot and cold options. Staff was welcoming. Highly recommend staying. Location is great, adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall.โ
