"We had originally booked another, more expensive, hotel in the area. After diving a bit deeper into the reviews, we decided to book the Embassy instead and save about $100 per night. We were a bit concerned that the hotel would be outdated and not well maintained. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. The lobby was satisfactory and checkin was a breeze. As we approached our room, we noticed brand new carpeting in halls the continued into our room. The room was spotless, the furniture was brand new and the bedding quite nice. The bath was also completely updated. The mini fridge and coffee maker were appreciated too. The included breakfast was more than satisfactory and run by extremely helpful staff. One of the best parts of the hotel was its location. The area was completely walkable to key attractions. Felt very safe throughout our stay. Nice job Embassy."

"The breakfast was wonderful. The front desk staff and all staff we met ion the premises were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that our toilet paper was not refilled and we ran out just before we checked out."

"Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables."

"The friendly staff, excellent service, convenient location, clean rooms, and the pool with a small sauna made our stay very enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The only downside was the extremely limited parking. There were not enough parking spaces, so we had to park our car at the nearby Costco. This was very inconvenient and quite disappointing."
