This was extremely disappointing. The staff are outstanding but the room cleaning service seemed to be short handed and our room was still not cleaned at 4:00 in the afternoon which was inconvenient as we would go back to the room to get ready for dinner and the room was not cleaned and...

“The Staff are great,Frenchie(not her real name, she knows who she is)who is from Trinidad was simply amazing, so was the front desk lady who was working with Frenchie.
We were given an upgrade and I am unable to imagine what a regular room looks like. The shower was disgusting, mold everywhere, also the shower had sand on the floor, we stood on towel as there wasn't any refund for our stay. Thank god it was only 2 nights. NEVER AGAIN.”
