“The bedroom was small and no breakfast or anywhere to get a drink. Plus not pet friendly, Instead of refunding our money they excepted my dogs which was totally impractical.”

The property is only a 2 minute walk from 3 pubs, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, tea room and the train station. But you hear no noise. There is parking outside the property.”

“Very well maintained and fab to stay. We had dinner there and it was fabulous. I booked a table in advance. It was full when we were there, so would recommend booking ahead. Steak and shiraz with a peppercorn sauce. Breakfast was set out on a full table to help yourself with juices, cereal, pastry, croissants, toast and there were jams a plenty to chose, along with marmite. There were muffins and bars along with fruit basket. We were greeted and asked if wale would like tea or coffee. Staff...

“Elizabeth and Martin were perfect hosts and nothing too much trouble. The location was perfect for us and near great restaurants and pubs beside river. Breakfasts cooked to order and perfection...even the poached eggs just right. Nice courtyard in back with gazebo seating and lots of flowers. We were there on hottest weekend of year so bedroom very hot but nothing could have been done about it...ag least windows opened and was a large ceiling fan in room. Would have preferred king bed but knew...

“This was a lovely guesthouse, located very close (400m or so) from the cliff lift, and it was a short stroll to the old village. We were met upon our arrival by Jackie. She was very welcoming and helpful, she was amazing. The room was lovely, ours was newly decorated with a beach theme and consisted of a double room, leading onto a room with a double bed and further onto a bathroom with shower. The continental component of the breakfast had a great variety, and there was an amazing cooked...
