“Didn’t like the room and very ols”

“Check in was quick and easy, the only problem for me was hauling my bags up the outer staircase. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the en suite shower room was also clean. Jacqui was very pleasant and helpful, and I would happily stay here again.”

“If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. “The Wellow had a lovely view and was decorated to a lovely standard. We loved our stay and the staff, service & food were good. Just a couple of small suggestions for the room. A mirror above the kettle station would be helpful for doing hair as no plug near the long mirror. Perhaps tissues & bottled water for the rooms to reflect the price.”
