Nice. Real fast in the morning. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great indoor pool. Close to everything and felt safe. Simple but held the necessary means for staying a couple of days to go to Yellowstone.

The front desk attendant was amazing. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. My cousin was not feeling well so we needed to stay another night and she was empathic and accommodating. This was her last week and she gave her all. The hotel itself was a nice stay. It was close to the west entrance and it was quaint and friendly. The weather was bad so it was nice to get off the road, which made our stay even more wonderful. Thank you for helping with our cross country road trip from Union NJ to Seattle, WA.

It was clean and quiet. Nice continental breakfast. It was walking distance to all shops, restaurants and museums. It was a 3-5 minute drive to the West entrance of yellowstone. Very pleased with hotel selection. Would definitely recommend this lodge.

We really like how spacious and confortable our room was. we enjoyed having a sofa in our room so we could reflax in our room after a busy day. The hot tub was better than we have had at other hotels. It was also very clean. we would highly recommend this hotel when you are visiting Yellowstone.

Great price compared to other places in West Yellowstone. Older hotel. My reservation was not in their system. It was on Expedia, and they could find it in Expedia's system, but it was not pushed to the property or something along those lines. Between that and other random happenings at the desk at the time, my check-in was not great.

This is a nice place to stay. It is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops but is far enough away from them to be quiet.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet, the shower had good pressure, and the location was convenient for our visit to Yellowstone Park. Was completely satisfied with the facility.

Fairly clean, close to shopping and dining places. Continental breakfast was ok except no hot water for oatmeal or tea. Have to use the microwave. The breakfast host, Barb was nice and helpful.

I didn’t like how the hotel receptionist would use fowl language in front of costumers and the rooms didn’t have working lights when we got here

No one to check us in. Had to call and wait 30 minutes for help. Breakfast was a joke, old cereal was it. Bottom of pool was was filthy dirty. Hot tub water was warm one day and cold the next.

It was a last minute booking but very well worth it! Clean and quiet. Staff very polite and friendly. Continental Breakfast only reason why I knocked one star off but it still was a great experience.
