Very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. Large and clean room. Egg scramble (breakfast) was nice.

The Yellowstone west entrance is easily accessible from this hotel. We had a room that had three beds. The one bed was in a room by itself. My family would stay here again just for that option. The breakfast was fabulous. The room had the area to get ready apart from the bathroom/shower. This can be a positive or a negative, depending on who is with you. It was within a few minutes of a great restaurant of where we ate dinner for the one night we visited. Everyone slept well in their beds.

My husband and I had a lovely, memorable stay in Yellowstone National Park. The Yellowstone Westgate Hotel was great! We especially liked the hotel concierge's Greg and Lynda Berlin. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of our trip and answered every question we asked. Greg and Lynda also helped us in planning our daily activities in a way we were best able to utilize our time and see as much as possible in our 5 day stay in the park. They offered very useful recommendations, invaluable tips and more. Because of Greg and Lynda's assistance, we decided to extend our stay at Yellowstone Westgate Hotel an additional two days, we had originally booked three days. The rooms were filling up extremely fast. Though we had to downgrade, Lynda put a lot of effort and time into accommodating us in securing another room. Because of my physical limitations, she was able to get us rooms, both bookings, that were very convenient and close to the elevator. Greg and Lynda were definitely highlights in our Yellowstone visit with their genuinely warm and friendly welcome. We believe they are both assets to Yellowstone Westgate Hotel. We would return and stay here if we had opportunity to visit the Park again. We extend our gratitude to the Berlins for helping make this such an enjoyable vacation. Russ and Audrey Lee

Quick drive to many food places. Great place for easy access to Yellowstone Park. Hot breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Great for kids. Great staff.

The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating! The pool was clean and nice. The room was clean and comfy. While not super close, it was within a few blocks of the main area for dining and shopping.

The staff were SUPER friendly. Always accommodating and sweet to us and our kiddos. Our TV didn’t work and they had a guy in there 10 minutes later who also couldn’t get it to work so he swapped the box with another room so we didn’t have to wait. Everything was clean and the hot breakfast was DELICIOUS!

The location is stunning. We got here late at night and didn’t get to enjoy the pool/hot tub, but the inn is very clean and well maintained. My wife and daughter were impressed!

It’s not a five star hotel, but it definitely is clean, large comfy rooms. It just opened up again after winter shut down. Pool was sparkling clean and hot tub clear. Check in staff after 6 pm were hospitable and kind. We were glad they keep the pool open late. After a long day and a dinner out, the pool and hot tub were still open to enjoy after a busy walking and biking day. Very happy about that. The food was a excellent selection of all food groups, but it is processed and just warmed. Remember to tip the kitchen person. Only one person looking after all those coming and going, remember to take a tip down to the worker, They deserve it. There is no way he or she can keep tables wiped and food full and stocked and yay I can see a problem soon.

The hotel is at the end of the town. Which makes it harder to walk to eat. Our first night we had loud walkers above us. The older couple who checked us in were awesome!!!!

The Yellowstone Westgate Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff is terrific and will help you with any information you request on any of the many places in West Yellowstone. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a nice breakfast served every morning, and coffee is available near the front desk 24 hours a day. It's at the end of Madison Avenue, and there's plenty of parking available. Downtown restaurants and shops are available within walking distance, and it's very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends and family without hesitation. It's a very nice place to stay.

Our shower only had freezing cold water. They did come fix it at 11p. The hot tub was cloudy. They ran out of several of the food items for breakfast. There was one poor young lady that had to keep the food going all by herself.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Quiet. At the edge of town so it’s a few blocks away from the “downtown” area. Will stay here again.

Dottie at the front desk upon checkin was amazing, made sure you felt welcome, had everything you needed, even asked if you already had dinner as most the testraunts close early this time of year. Great customer service and great location.

Very nice property and breakfast. Great sleeps. Only downside is that it is on the West end of town, so not a convenient walk to the center of things. I would stay here again.

Great facility. Perfect location. They were so nice and upgraded us to a suite so our children would sleep more comfortably. The front desk was fun to chat with and very knowledgeable about yellow stone and told us about great spots to go see and great places to eat in town. Because it was towards the end of season, the breakfast was sometimes lacking, but they always had something hot to offer.
